Plastic injection molding is an important processing method,and mold trial is an important part of it.The quality of the mold is the most critical factor that affects the quality of the product and the production efficiency.The mold trial is the most effective way to ensure the quality of the mold and improve the production efficiency.The traditional mold test is concerned with the quality of the product,mainly relying on the limited experience of the mold tester to repeatedly "try to make up",which has problems such as high experience requirements for mold trial personnel,difficulty in ensuring product quality,difficulty in process replication,failure to find and solve mold problems and mass production difficulties.This paper takes plastic injection mold as the research object.Based on the investigation of many plastic injection mold companies,the system has carried out scientific,standardized and automated work of the trial test process,and realized the standardization of plastic injection mold test systems in many Engineering application of mold enterprises.The main research work and results are as follows:A set of standardized mold trial schemes was proposed to solve the problem of nonstandard mold trial.Establish the cooling system test by the Reynolds number of the cooling water channel and the temperature uniformity of each part in the mold cavity;Establish the pouring system test through the change trend of the plastic melt viscosity with the shear rate,the filling balance of each cavity of the mold,the pressure loss in each stage of forming,the relationship between the pressure and the weight of the product in the holding pressure stage,and the gate freezing time to establish a pouring system test;Through the effect of cooling time and clamping force on product quality,as well as the overall planning of the overall cycle time,efficiency and safety tests are established.Constructed data acquisition method and data noise reduction technology.Aiming at the problem of high noise in data collection of injection molding,a noise reduction method based on wavelet transform is proposed,and experiments are used to verify the effectiveness of the method for noise reduction of machine data and process data.A standardized trial system was constructed.Aiming at the industry characteristics of plastic injection mold test molds,standardized test mold software and hardware systems are designed,including flexible data communication methods based on Ethernet,Wifi and RS485,rich analog and digital input and output interfaces,machines and materials,User management,appointment and other database.Based on the above theoretical and technical framework system,a standardized plastic injection mold trial software and hardware system have been developed.A variety of communication methods such as OPCUA,TCP / IP,CAN,serial port,etc.are used to realize the standardization of the mold trial system and the control of domestic,Japanese,and American injection molding machines such as Haitian,Borch,Krauss Maffei,Demag,and Farak System communication,and the plastic injection mold standardized test system in TK Mold,Founder and other mold companies to carry out demonstration applications.On the basis of the average 6 mold trials per set of traditional mold trials,it is reduced by 1 or 2times,saving time and labor costs.
