With the improvement of people’s awareness of environmental protection and the implementation of environmental protection policies,there is a growing demand to develop a renewable environmental protection packaging products to replace the traditional plastic packaging products.However,at present,the production cost of pulp molding products is too high and the yield is not ideal,which restricts the further development of pulp molding.Aiming at this problem,this paper analyzes the paper mold forming stage and puts forward corresponding control methods to improve production efficiency and quality.The main research contents are as follows:1)Firstly,the mathematical model of pulp molding stage is established,and the main factors that affect the speed and quality of paper molding are obtained,that is,the vacuum degree and pulp concentration in the vacuum system,which lays the foundation for the control of the two process parameters later.2)The mathematical model of the vacuum pressure system is established,the nonlinear characteristics of the vacuum servo system are analyzed,and the sliding mode controller based on the disturbance observer is designed,which can effectively compensate the external disturbance in the vacuum servo system.Compared with other control algorithms,the simulation results verify the superiority of the designed controller.3)The mathematical model of the pulp concentration control system is established.Aiming at the disturbance of the pulp concentration control system and the large time delay,a fuzzy Auto Disturbance Rejection Controller Based on the improved Smith estimator is designed.The controller combines the advantages of the fuzzy controller and the auto disturbance rejection controller,and has fast response speed and strong robustness to the external disturbance The advanced Smith estimator can effectively solve the time-delay effect and reduce the requirement of model accuracy.Finally,compared with other control algorithms,the efficiency of the designed controller is verified.
