With the improvement of living standards,people have put forward more and more diversified requirements on the quality of clothing,and the traditional clothing processing methods are gradually unable to meet the increasing demand.The development of modern numerical control technology has made it possible for more and more sewing processes to be automated.The development of corresponding special equipment for special processing processes has become the trend of the sewing industry.However,most sewing equipment is based on a motion control system in a rectangular coordinate system,which has more restrictions on the design of the feeding mechanism,and the processed stitches cannot meet the requirements of all industries.Therefore,this article aims to propose a more free rotation feeding method.First,through the design and analysis of the mechanical structure,the sewing needle point coordinates are corrected,and then the sewing control system with planar rotation interpolation algorithm function is developed.The sewing effect test verified the feasibility of the program.In response to the above problems,this article has done the following work:(1)The development status and trend of the current pattern machine are analyzed,and the current process requirements and the defects of the existing processing scheme are combined.A new structure of the rotary feeding pattern machine is designed.Analyzed the characteristics of the designed structural scheme,selected and calculated the execution motor of the key parts,and built the software and hardware platform of the upper and lower computer of the control system.(2)Based on the relevant principles of the Windows CE operating system and humanmachine interface design,the main human-computer interaction interface of the host computer is designed,and the processing pattern file data used by the control system is analyzed and processed.Correction method of sewing needle point coordinate.(3)Analyzed the overall architecture of the six-axis motion controller,propose a pulse shunt design for the problem of insufficient number of axis controls,and then carry out related research and implementation of the planar spiral interpolation algorithm according to the structural characteristics of the equipment,and finally analyze the processing process Several speed planning algorithms,and propose optimization methods based on the sewing process.(4)The function,safety and processing performance of the control system are tested,the process data in the process is obtained,and the process data is processed and analyzed,combined with the processing effect of the processing test piece,the design scheme proposed in this paper is proved feasible.Through the above research,the processing accuracy of the rotary feeding pattern machine is improved,and the processing stitches are optimized.In addition,the speed planning algorithm has been optimized to improve the scope of equipment.Finally,the control system of the rotary feed pattern machine was successfully developed.
