Advanced electromagnetic wave absorbing materials have always been the focus of research at home and abroad,and the design and development of new multifunctional coatings with heat resistance,corrosion resistance and electromagnetic wave absorption characteristics are urgently needed by the industry.Traditional organic absorbing coatings have problems such as low heat-resistant temperature and poor anti-corrosion effect,and their bottlenecks must be overcome.This article uses innovative design of magnesium sulfoxide inorganic composite materials combined with electromagnetic wave absorbers.Through a series of experiments,it aims to develop a new type of heat-resistant and anticorrosive wave-absorbing coating.Magnesium thioxide inorganic material is a new type of environmentally friendly material.Compared with traditional organic materials,it has the advantages of good heat resistance,low water absorption,high strength,and non-toxic water.It has good application prospects in many fields.Inorganic materials of magnesium thioxoxide do not have wave absorbing performance.In this paper,through special design,electromagnetic wave absorbing agents are added,and special waterproof materials are added to increase its corrosion resistance,so that the magnesium thioxide composite coating has high strength,corrosion resistance and resistance.The comprehensive characteristics of heat and wave absorption can realize greater application value and larger application fields.In this paper,a series of studies have been carried out on the anti-corrosion and wave-absorbing properties of magnesium oxysulfate materials.The hardness,adhesion,heat resistance,resistance to ultraviolet radiation,and resistance to salt water were tested on magnesium thioxide materials.Experiments show that the coating has high hardness and good heat resistance,ultraviolet resistance,and salt resistance.Then three kinds of wave absorbing agents(graphene,carbon black,carbonyl iron)were selected and compounded with magnesium sulfoxide separately to prepare single-layer wave absorbing materials.The experimental results show:the best effect is when the amount of graphene is 3%,and the maximum absorption is-18 d B.As the thickness increases,the absorption peak moves forward,and the maximum absorption increases first and then decreases.The effect is best when the amount of carbon black is 6%,and the maximum absorption is-31 d B.As the thickness increases,the absorption peak moves forward,and the maximum absorption increases;The best effect is when the amount of iron carbonyl is 100%,the maximum absorption value can reach-37 d B,and the effective absorption bandwidth is 4.5GHz.Further,graphene and carbon black are separately mixed with carbonyl iron separately and then added to the magnesium oxysulfide material to prepare a single-layer wave absorbing material.The experimental results show: for graphene /carbonyl iron / magnesium thiooxide composites,when the graphene content is 1%and the iron carbonyl is 100%,the wave absorbing effect is the best,showing a double-peak characteristic.The maximum absorption peak at GHz is-15.5d B,the maximum absorption peak at 17 GHz is-11 d B,and the overall absorption at 3-18 GHz is less than-3d B.Changed thickness found that when the thickness is 1.5mm,the absorption is up to-25 d B,and the effective absorption bandwidth can reach 5GHz(9.5-14.5GHz).For carbon black / carbonyl iron / magnesium sulfoxide composites,when the carbon black parameter is 2%,the wave absorbing effect is the best.The peak position is at 5GHz,and the maximum absorption is-16 d B.After 10 GHz,the absorption increases with increasing frequency,it was found that when the thickness is changed,the effective absorption bandwidth can reach 6.5GHz(11.5-18GHz)when the thickness is 1.5mm,and the absorption is-19 d B when the thickness is 2.5mm.Further prepared a double-layer composite wave-absorbing material.The experimental results show:when the fixed absorption layer is 6% carbon black,and the matching layer is added with 4% carbon black and 50% carbonyl iron,the absorption peak is located at 4GHz and the peak is-18.5d B.The material continues to decline at high frequencies and the absorption at 18 GHz is-29 d B,effective absorption bandwidth is 8GHz(3-5GHz,12-18GHz);When the matching layer is added with 6%carbon black and 70% iron carbonyl,the absorption peak is located at 4.1GHz and the peak is-12 d B.The effective absorption bandwidth can reach 8.5GHz(3.5-5GHz,11-18GHz)to achieve the widening requirements.
