| With the continuous development of the level of social technology,the existing sensors have gradually failed to meet people’s needs.Among the many sensors,the photothermal sensor is one of the most important ones,which is inseparable from people’s daily life.As a new type of two-dimensional material,MXene has adjustable unit combinations and multiple functions,and has received extensive attention.In the MXene family,Ti3C2Tx is the easiest to obtain and relatively low cost.It has excellent electrical conductivity and special electromagnetic properties.It shows great potential in the fields of energy storage,electromagnetic shielding,(photo)electrocatalysis.This paper uses Ti3C2Tx and 1-decyl-3-methylimidazole bromide as the main raw materials,and uses A4 paper and cotton cloth that are everywhere in life as the substrate to prepare a temperature-sensitive flexible substrate sensor chip.Its temperature responsiveness is given by the ionic liquid,and the absorption of light is realized by the strong light-to-heat conversion ability of Ti3C2Tx.In the first part of the thesis,KH-550 was grafted on the surface of Ti3C2Tx by chemical grafting,and the product of KH-550 hydrolysis was combined with the hydroxyl group(-OH)on the surface of Ti3C2Tx to prepare Ti3C2Tx@KH-550,changing its potential and Form a protective film to delay the oxidation of Ti3C2Tx.Combined with 1-decyl-3-methylimidazole bromide and 1,2-propanediol,a temperature-sensitive sensor chip with a flexible substrate and strong light-to-heat conversion capability was prepared using A4 paper as the substrate.The paper in this chapter mainly discusses the influence of sensor chip width and near infrared light power on sensor responsiveness and sensitivity factor.In the second part of the thesis,Ti3C2Tx is combined with PEI by physical blending without any complicated chemical reaction,and Ti3C2Tx@PEI is prepared,which is combined with 1-decyl-3-methylimidazole bromide and 1,2-propanediol In combination,a temperature sensitive sensor chip with a flexible substrate and strong light-to-heat conversion capability is prepared using cotton cloth as the substrate.The paper in this chapter mainly discusses the influence of sensor chip width,near-infrared optical power,and type of flexible substrate on sensor responsiveness and sensitivity factor.Combined with a designed circuit and the prepared sensor,it can accurately reflect the corresponding temperature range,and has a wide application prospect in the field of thermal detection. |
