Leaching process is an important part in hydrometallurgical production process,the commissioning process of the new process determines whether the entire production process can operate normally.The traditional experience and equipment commissioning because of its human factors seriously affect the efficiency of process.In addition,no historical data is available for process commissioning of new hydrometallurgical processes,making model-based optimization control more challenging.While considering the capacity of equipment and economic benefits,the production indicators of the process can meet the design requirements quickly and well by adjusting the operation variables,which can not only improve the efficiency of process commissioning,but also reduce the production consumption and increase the economic benefits.Therefore,the research on commissioning and optimizing control methods for the leaching process of the hydrometallurgy has important theoretical and practical significance.This thesis first introduces the hydrometallurgy leaching process principle and operation process,and analysis of the main influencing factors.Based on the previous achievements,a mechanism model reflecting the correlation between the process variables of the hydrometallurgical leaching process is set up,and the effectiveness of the mechanism model was verified by simulation experiments.The mechanism model of the hydrometallurgical leaching process is used to simulate the actual production process.For the new process in the initial stage of commissioning no historical data can use,in order to meet the design requirements of the leaching rate index of the leaching process,the research group proposed to the control method of leaching process based on model-free adaptive control(MFAC).Because the leaching process of hydrometallurgy studied in this thesis is a system composed of two sub-processes of first leaching and second leaching,the research group proposed that the distributed control MFAC method be used to achieve the optimal control of the leaching process.On the basis of requirement of the leaching rate index,in order to meet the requirements of hydrometallurgical production,the research group proposed an throughput iterative forecasting optimization setting method for the leaching process,first use of parameter identification method to establish the leaching process prediction model,then to maximize the sum of economic benefits during the control process,the set value is the decision variable,and the average consumption in the process of commissioning is used as the constraint to establish the optimization model and solve the optimal solution.The prediction model of the leaching process is first established based on the parameter identification method and used as the equality constraint of the optimization model.And find the optimal method of setting the throughput.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the method.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the method.Finally,to the existence of return material in the actual hydrometallurgical leaching process,the research group proposed an iterative prediction optimization setting method for the leaching process volume with return material,and the effectiveness of the above method was verified through simulation experiments.
