3xxx aluminum alloy has good corrosion resistance and strength,so it is widely used in parts with low strength requirements or liquid tanks.As the demand for energy saving and emission reduction increases,The production of high-quality and high-alloy aluminum alloys by short-flow twin roll casting is receiving more and more attention from research.In this artical,the 3003 aluminum alloy was used as the research object,while the vertical twin roll casting method was studied.The 3003 aluminum alloy cast-rolled sheets with different pouring temperatures were prepared in order to study the effect on distribution of the alloying elements of the cast-rolled 3003 aluminum alloy sheet along the thickness direction.The subsequent homogenization,cold rolling and recrystallization annealing treatment of the twin roll casting sheet were carried out to study the effects of homogenization heat treatment system,cold rolling deformation and recrystallization annealing system on the alloying element distribution and microstructure of cast aluminum alloy sheet.getting following conclusion:(1)With the increase of casting temperature,the distribution of Mn and Sin the cast-rolled sheet tends to be uniform,and the content of AlMnFeSi quaternary phase in the precipitated phase decreases.(2)The Mn element has the highest solid solution content in the vertical cast-rolled sheet without homogenization,and the precipitated phase is continuously distributed along the dendrite boundary.After the homogenization treatment,the Mn element concentration gradient in the dendrites of the sheet is lowered,and the precipitates of the second phase are distributed in a granular form.The amount of Mn solid solution in the single-stage homogenized sheet substrate is higher than that in the second-stage homogenized sheet,and the second phase precipitate in the core portion of the sheet is more coarse and smaller in number,while the second-level homogenized sheet center and there was no significant difference in the size and number of precipitates in the second phase of the edge.(3)The homogenized sheet has a higher recrystallization starting temperature than the unhomogenized sheet.After the double-stage homogenization treatment,the recrystallized grains of the plate are the finest,and the single-stage homogenization is second.The grain of the non-uniformized plate is the thickest;as the cold rolling deformation increases and the annealing temperature increases,it will promote Crystal grain refinement and accelerated recrystallization rate.(4)The kinetic analysis shows that using the two-stage homogenization,increasing the cold rolling deformation and increasing the annealing temperature will increase the spatial dimension of recrystallized grain growth and reduce the recrystallization activation energy.
