Optimization Design Of Tax Collection And Management Of Coal Enterprises In Jixi City

Tax collection and management is an important part of tax administration.It is very difficult for coal enterprises to collect and manage tax due to the influence of production and operation characteristics and other factors.Tax revenue in jixi coal enterprises occupy the absolute dominance in tax revenue,has incomparable importance,practice,more research on tax collection and administration in China,but the research on tax collection and administration of coal enterprise is relatively scarce,so optimization design of jixi coal enterprise tax collection and administration to improve the level of tax authorities in coal tax collection and administration and mass effect,promote local economic development has important practical significance.Using methods of literature study,interview,questionnaire,from jixi coal enterprise tax,tax situation,jixi coal enterprises tax basic situation,the coal enterprise for collection and management system,collection and management mode,presents the new characteristics of jixi coal is analyzed,the status of tax collection and administration,combined with the authors practical work experience and management learning theory,dig out four aspects:problems of jixi coal enterprise tax collection and administration,and deep analysis on the causes of these problems,on this basis,from the collection and administration organization,the respect such as collection work flow optimization design,and formulate concrete measures,Finally,it puts forward four safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of tax collection and management optimization of coal enterprises in jixi city,such as strengthening tax culture construction,standardizing tax law enforcement,improving the effectiveness of tax publicity,and improving infrastructure construction.
