With the cost of raw materials of coking industry increasing year by year,coking enterprises take various measures to maximize the efficiency of energy recycling and control the raw materials and energy consumption at the same time,so as to limit the high cost of coking.And the energy conversion efficiency of CDQ residual heat recovery system which is the largest energy recovery process in coking enterprises,directly affects the operation cost of the whole coking company.Therefore,it will lead to huge economic losses if the waste heat of the CDQ system can not be recovered scientifically and reasonably.So it is a great significance to apply the advanced Six Sigma methodology to a efficiency improvement of residual heat recovery project.This paper is based on related theories and methods of Six Sigma and takes the CDQ waste heat utilization project of JT company as the research object.Firstly,the Six Sigma management theory and tools are introduced.Then based on the actual problems of the CDQ waste heat utilization project of JT company,the scope of the project and to identify customer requirements are determined by using the Six Sigma methods.Furthermore,we make the target according to customer requirements,identify the core process and auxiliary process through the measurement of the existing processes,find the key factors that affect the CDQ waste heat utilization efficiency and discern the fundamental reason according to the methods of correlation regression,analyze the influence rules of the key factors on improving goals,and develop and implement solutions.Finally,the system process is optimized,and the standardized management and project evaluation are carried out according to the validated scheme.Applying the Six Sigma management theory and method in the actual production can make the management of enterprises more scientific and systematic,and thus enhance the level of process management and control.What's more,it is of great significance for JT to better adapt to the new market form and improve its market competitiveness.Meanwhile,it can provide valuable practical experience for the management theory of Six Sigma.
