Since the 21st century,many large-scale construction projects in the steel industry in our country have not been completed yet.Many construction projects are out of control and the total amount of investment exceeds the limit.There are no risk-free projects in the world.If you want to circumvent or reduce losses,the potential risks and threats into an opportunity,the project owner must understand the causes of project risks and grasp the rules of the project risk.Therefore,it is very necessary to study project risk management.Analyzing the risks of Baosteel added re-rolling unit project and identifying and assessing the corresponding risks,some countermeasures and control measures are taken,which is of great positive significance for the realization of the goal of Baosteel added re-rolling unit project.This paper chooses Baosteel added re-rolling unit project as the research object,and elaborates and states in detail the application of risk management theory in Baosteel added re-rolling unit project.Using expert investigation method and brainstorming method to identify all kinds of risks that Baosteel added re-rolling unit project may encounter in the process of construction.The FMEA method and the Equity Risk Map method are used to assess the magnitude of the identified risks,identify the risk points that need our focus,and finally put forward the risk response and control measures.Through the identification and assessment,the risks of Baosteel added re-rolling unit project mainly consist of five categories and ten articles.The five major categories are project market risk,control risk,personnel risk,production risk,safety risk,and the corresponding ten items are sales risk,product replacement risk,budget risk,progress risk,communication risk,staffing risk,technical risk,engineering quality risk,safety risk and environmental risk respectively.Through effective measures to control the risk factors of Baosteel added re-rolling unit project through the response measures to the above five major categories of ten risk factors,it provides an effective and effective basis for the risk management of Baosteel added re-rolling unit project.Baosteel is currently facing a second venture.All the opinions and suggestions put forward in the process of risk identification,assessment,response and control put forward experiences and references for future risk control of similar projects in Baosteel and even in China.
