Ag-Y/MIL-101 adsorbent was successfully prepared via loading Ag and Y onto MIL-101.The adsorbents were characterized by XRD,BET,XPS,FT-IR,SEM-EDS and TG-DTG.Effects of preparation conditions on the properties of Ag-Y/MIL-101 adsorbent desulfurization performance were investigated.The conditions of adsorption desulfurization were optimized,and the regeneration ability of Ag-Y/MIL-101 adsorbent was investigated.Adsorbent regeneration,isotherm,kinetic and thermodynamic of Ag-Y/MIL-101 were studied,and the following results were obtained.(1)The regular structure of MIL-101 was maintained after the introduction of metals.Compared with MIL-101,the specific surface area and pore volume of Ag-Y/MIL-101 were decreased.(2)The optimal preparation conditions of Ag-Y/MIL-101 adsorbent are loading Ag before Y,the loading concentration of silverion and yttrium ion are 30 mmol/L,the dosages of AgNO3 solution and Y(NO3)3 solution are both 1 ml,loading time is 8 h,and the loading temperature is 140?.The optimal adsorption performance of Ag-Y/MIL-101 adsorbent for thiophene was achieved at the temperature of 60? and the adsorption time of 8 h.(3)It is found that metal modification can improve the adsorption performance,Ag+significantly improve the sulfur capacity of the adsorbent,and Y3+ improve the selective adsorption capability of the adsorbents.The order of adsorption capacity for TP is Ag-Y/MIL-101>Ag/MIL-101>Y/MIL-101>MIL-101,the order of capacity of adsorpting thiophene is Ag-Y/MIL-101>Y/MIL-101>Ag/MIL-101>MIL-101 when 3.33%toluene is added as competitive component.(4)The Ag-Y/MIL-101 adsorbent was regenerated by washed thoroughly with anhydrous ethanol and then dried.After three times of regeneration,the adsorption capacity of Ag-Y/MIL-101 can be restored to 86.2%of that of the fresh adsorbent.(5)The adsortption of thiophene on Ag-Y/MIL-101 can be described by Langmuir model,pseudo-first-order model or the pseudo-second-order model.The adsorption is spontaneous. |
