Aiming at the problem that the intelligence degree of current coal mine stress monitoring system is not high,combining with the strategic demand of coal chemical technology of the country in the 13th five-year period,the wireless online stress monitoring system is designed according to the characteristics and actual situation of underground coal mine,taking the roadway pressure of underground coal mine as the main research object.System through the roadway and the roof pressure sensors to collect data,converting the analog to digital quantity,after a certain proportion into the real pressure data show that the stress between the detector and monitoring substation communication part adopts the wireless communication based on WaveMesh agreement,the communication between the monitor station and ground part adopts industrial Ethernet communication and RS-485 interface,so as to realize the data exchange of the downhole inoue.The display of downhole stress detector is not only by a single button switch,but also by the mine lamp irradiation and wireless communication module to control,greatly reducing the workload of downhole workers.The wireless communication based on WaveMesh protocol is adopted to improve the stability and accuracy of data transmission and effectively avoid the problem of information interruption caused by line wear.Inoue PC is no longer just a single display each measuring point pressure value,and the support of the data record for unified management and query,the different time points of pressure value through the curve of dynamic display,can grasp the pressure changes,macroscopic systems support ore grade,bureaus monitoring data sharing,established in accordance with the standard or province standard,which can realize remote experts online observation analysis,make more professional and scientific monitoring results,to better guide the safety production.Application in the coal mine roadway and the system can get the roof pressure data for remote monitoring and real-time display,do pressure transfinite alarm,and can automatically detect equipment running state of roadway surrounding rock.It can be found in a timely manner to help staff and the deflection of the roof,so as to avoid floor heave of roadway and coal mine safety accidents,such as collapse.It ensure the efficient operation of coal mine safety and the safety of the underground workers and of great significance to the coal mine safety.
