Coal is my country’s main energy source,and the western mining area has become an important continuation of my country’s coal resources.Wudong Coal Mine is located in the Urumqi mining area and is the main mine of Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Company.The mine is a typical representative of the low negative pressure mine ventilation system in different regions.The north and south of the mine are arranged in two parts.An orbital system is formed by a track lane and a belt lane between the two zones.Under the conditions of wind distribution of 5280m3/s in the north area and 6960m3/s in the south area,the negative pressure of the two zones is only about 560Pa and 650Pa in sequence.The mine area has a typical continental climate,and the natural wind pressure of the mine fluctuates greatly,which leads to the instability of the air volume of some roadways in the Wudong Mine,which in turn affects the stability of the air volume of the working face and has an adverse effect on the safe and efficient production of the mine.In order to ensure the stability of the mine ventilation system in Wudong Coal Mine,to eliminate the adverse impact of natural wind pressure fluctuations on the stability of the underground tunnel airflow,to ensure the safe production and high production and efficiency of the mine,to improve the disaster prevention and disaster resistance of the mine,to carry out low negative pressure by region The research on the influence of mine natural wind pressure on the ventilation system and its control technology is particularly important.This paper combines the relevant research at home and abroad,taking the ventilation system of Wudong Coal Mine as the research object,and using the combination of theoretical research,on-site measurement,Fluent software numerical simulation,and computer simulation solution,the natural wind pressure of the sub-region low negative pressure mine is carried out.Research on the influence of the ventilation system and its control technology.In the research process,the formation principle and influencing factors of the mine’s natural wind pressure were first analyzed.Based on the principle of sensitivity analysis of branch air volume to the natural wind pressure,the determination method of the key influence area of the mine’s natural wind pressure was established,and the ventilation network calculation algorithm was analyzed based on the Cross rule.The principle of the analysis of the stability of the air volume of underground tunnels based on the interval estimation method is established.Then the measurement and analysis of the resistance of the underground wind network and the natural wind pressure of the mine in Wudong Coal Mine were carried out,and all the parameters of the underground wind network were obtained through the simulation and calculation software of the mine ventilation system.The simulation solved the annual downhole wind considering the change of natural wind pressure Characteristic parameters of network resistance.Then through two methods of numerical simulation and analysis of air temperature difference in roadway,the evolution law of natural wind pressure in Wudong Coal Mine and the action law of mine natural wind pressure in extreme weather conditions were obtained.According to the identification results of the key influence areas of natural wind pressure,it was clear The characteristics of the influence of the natural wind pressure of the low negative pressure mine on the ventilation system in different regions.Finally,combined with the results of all previous studies,the natural wind pressure control scheme of Wudong Coal Mine was designed,and on-site implementation and effect inspection were carried out to fundamentally solve the disadvantages of natural wind pressure on the low negative pressure mine ventilation system in Wudong Coal Mine sub-regions.influences.Based on the existing research results,this paper combines the natural wind pressure theory of the mine,the stability evaluation theory of the mine ventilation system and the computer technology to effectively identify the characteristics of the natural wind pressure in Wudong Coal Mine and solve the problem The area 400-450 track uphill and the+400m track laneway have large air volume fluctuations,which is not conducive to the supply of air at the production level in the south area;the mine ventilation system is unstable,and the weather changes in the mine area have a greater impact on the balance of the north and south area ventilation systems and affect the mine safety.Production problems.The research in this paper provides a certain theory and application reference for the control and utilization of natural wind pressure in low negative pressure mines in different regions.
