Since the seventies of last century,the coal power industry has been developing rapidly relying on the rich coal resources in China,and large-scale construction of coal mines has been carried out nationwide.Due to the influence of coal production environment,coal composition,load action and material aging,the buildings and structures of coal mines are corroded with the passage of time.Steel structure coal transportation corridor is the main structure of mine coal transportation,which is more prone to be corroded by coal,affecting its safety and durability,not reaching its design service life,serious corrosion collapse.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the corrosion mechanism,the influence of corrosion on the bearing capacity and the reinforcement method of the steel structure coal conveying corridor in coal mines.Taking a large-span steel structure coal conveying corridor of a mine as an example,this paper mainly studies the following problems:(1)Based on the extensive reading of literature and reference materials,this paper studies the environmental characteristics and coal composition of coal mines,analyzes the corrosion mechanism of steel structure coal conveying corridor under the special environment of coal mines,and detects the corrosion of steel structure coal conveying corridor of a coal mine enterprise.(2)This paper analyzes the influence of corrosion on the mechanical properties of steel,introduces the basic principle of finite element analysis and material constitutive relation,establishes a model by using SAP2000 finite element analysis software in a coal mine enterprise steel structure coal conveying corridor,analyzes the relationship between the internal force of control members and the deformation of truss and the corrosion rate under the condition of uniform corrosion and non-uniform corrosion,and reveals the structure of coal conveying corridor It can reduce the development law and provide relevant engineering basis for the use and reinforcement of the steel structure coal conveying corridor.(3)This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of steel structure reinforcement methods,and studies the reinforcement methods of long-span steel truss structure under the condition of not stopping production.Two situations of the lower space are considered in reinforcement:one is that it can be used;the other is that it cannot be used due to the influence of production technology,transportation,auxiliary buildings,etc.In this paper,two methods are adopted to reinforce the structure,i.e.adding struts and diagonal braces.They are optimized and designed respectively,and the structure model after reinforcement is established respectively.The reinforcement effect is compared from the two aspects of the mid span displacement of the truss after reinforcement and the stress of the key members of the structure.Neither of these two reinforcement methods affects the normal production of the structure,and the cost of reinforcement can be effectively reduced compared with other methods The reinforcement of the truss of the coal transportation corridor in the mine provides a reference.(4)The steel structure coal transportation corridor truss supporting concrete frame column is tested,analyzed and strengthened.The reinforcement calculation and design of the columns are carried out by the reinforcement method of enlarging section and the reinforcement method of external steel.By using ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the model of the columns before and after reinforcement is established.The two reinforcement schemes are compared from the column displacement nephogram,the equivalent plastic strain accumulation of the concrete column,the bending moment stress curve,the equivalent Michaelis stress nephogram of the reinforcing mesh,and the seismic performance.The reinforcement effect of different reinforcement schemes on the local components is evaluated.The concrete frame columns are supported by the truss of the coal transportation corridor in the mine The results provide reference for strengthening.
