Bai Yanjing oilfield belongs to extremely low permeability reservoir,after nearly a decade of waterflooding development,reservoir has entered middle and later periods of the development,production capacity decline speed,oil-water distribution complex,the contradiction in production is more difficulty,tapping the potential is more difficulty.Therefore it is necessary for geological reunderstanding,dynamic analysis,reservoir engineering and effect the evaluation of water injection development.Put forward a set of suitable development technical policy,and to provide a scientific basis for the rational development of the reservoir.In this paper,first of all to study and analysis of geological characteristics of the reservoir.Secondly,according to the production dynamic data,the oil well production condition,the well water production conditions,water cut change conditions,formation energy condition,and the condition of water flooding is analyzed,part of the high water wells are analyzed to find out the cause of high water cut;Third,degree of reserves control,degree of reserves producing,water storage rate,water flooding index,reasonable formation pressure carried out the reservoir engineering and effect the evaluation,Finally the reasonable development of technology policy is studied in Bai Yanjing Oil-Field and proposed feasible suggestions.The results show that Yan’an reservoir of Bai Yanjing Oil-Field mainly controlled by the structure,formation lithology-structural reservoirs;Yanchang reservoir lithology and structure of dual control,pore types are mainly intergranular pore,well oil production and water cut remained steady,slow decline rate,the proportion of stripper well is bigger,water drive reserves control degree is high,the reserves producing degree of water flooding is poorer,water cut changes smoothly,Water storage rate and water flooding index are high,Reasonable maximum injection pressure of Yan6 Yan10 Chang8 must not exceed 15 MPa,18MPa,21 MPa respectively;Reasonable oil recovery speed of the Jurassic 1.75%,reasonable oil recovery speed of the Triassic Chang8 is 1.27%,prediction of Jurassic reservoir recovery is 27.14%,Triassic Chang 8 reservoir recovery at 14.15%.
