In the sugar industry,centrifuges are one of the most important equipment for sugar companies.Domestic sugar mills usually use sugar centrifuges from the 1960s and 1970s.However,these types of centrifuges can no longer meet the requirements of today's sugar production development.Under the guidance of the tutor,Through visiting and investigating a number of sugar mills,the advantages of XG series sugar centrifuges are introduced,and the necessity of new intelligent control in centrifuge promotion is expounded.Sugar centrifuge is one of the most important equipment of sugar enterprises.Its comprehensive performance is directly related to the quality index of finished sugar,the recovery rate of finished sugar,production efficiency and energy consumption.So far,the sugar centrifuges of the upper suspension intermittent scraper unloading material are all traditional automation control.In the process of automation control,the process parameters must be artificially pre?set according to the purity,consistency,viscosity and other properties of the sugar solution.Then,according to these process parameters,the control system automatically completes the separation of the sugar solution.This will often result in the product sugar quality indicators can not be unified,low recovery rate and energy consumption problems.Therefore,based on the traditional automatic control of sugar centrifuge,based on the application of programmable controller(PLC)technology to the intelligent control technology of sugar centrifuge,through the analysis of the operating principle and production process of sugar centrifuge with suspension intermittent scraper unloading material,Establish a database of its process parameters.This paper discusses the application of intelligent control of sugar centrifuge by subdividing the technological functions of centrifuge intelligent control and combining with the data analysis of on?line sensors.The process control part of this control system is mainly composed of PLC,long?range distribution I/O,sugar liquid hammer meter,liquid colorimeter and various kinds of sensors to achieve intelligent process control such as loading,washing and separation of sugar centrifuge.The drive part consists of a high?performance inverter and an efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor,which is used to achieve the speed control of centrifuge drum.Using industrial touch screen as man?machine interface,the operation of centrifuge and the status diagnosis and display of centrifuge are realized.Intelligent control application software is based on SIEMENS TIA programming configuration development software.The control system is put into use to automatically adjust the parameters of the sugar centrifuge process,achieve the purpose of automatic modification of the process parameters and automatic updating,and can effectively improve the quality and quality of the finished sugar,improve the recovery rate of the finished sugar,and improve the production efficiency.Reduce energy consumption and increase the economic efficiency of sugar companies.The subject finally realizes the synchronization improvement of the whole centrifuge in the electrical control system and hardware,and provides reference experience for the future upgrade of centrifuge technology.
