This thesis mainly consists of three chapters :(1)the review of the introduction of sulfur atoms into organic compounds;(2)study on the reaction of 1,4-diionic organosulfurs with azoalkenes;(3)study on the reaction of 1,4-diionic organosulfurs with arynes.Chapter 1: the review of the introduction of sulfur atoms into organic compounds Sulfur-containing compounds widely exist in drugs and natural products, and organosulfur compounds serve important functions in organic chemistry, agrochemistry,as well as pharmaceutical industry. This chapter mainly introduces the methods of the incorporation of sulfur into organosulfur compounds and the construction of carbon-sulfur bonds.Chapter 2: study on the reaction of 1,4-diionic organosulfurs and azoalkenes Pyridinium zwitterions and azoalkene compounds are important synthons in organic synthesis. In this chapter,we prepared efficiently an array of 1,4,5-thiadiazepine derivatives via a [4+3] cycloaddition reaction under mild conditions from a new kind of pyridinium 1,4-diionic organosulfurs and azoalkenes. In addition,we also studied the different ring-contraction reactions of the sulfoxide derivatives, which could afford pyridazine and pyrazole derivatives.Chapter 3: study on the reaction of 1,4-diionic organosulfurs and arynes Arynes are highly reactive organic intermediates that can undergo [2+n] cycloaddition reactions with many dipoles. In this chapter,a new route for the construction of 12aH-benzo[f]pyrido[1,2-d][1,4]thiazepine der ivatives and benzothiophene der ivatives was developed via [5+2] and [3+2] cyclization reactions from pyridinium 1,4-diionic organosulfurs and arynes under mild conditions.
