Nitrogen-containing compounds are a very important compounds and have an important position in the medicine and chemical industry. The synthesis of C-N bond from low-cost,readily available C-H bonds is a very challenging study. In the early studies of synthetic amines, shortcomings of classical synthesis methods have pre-functionalization and more by-products.Compared to the classical method, the transition metal catalyzed functional group directing or direct coupling reaction can achieve amination reaction without pre-functionalization,but most of these methods require additional oxidant.Compared to the previous strategy, the C-N coupling reaction involving free radicals does not require high temperature and additional oxidizing agent. With the rapidly development of free radical coupling reactions, researchers have reported the reaction of generating various free radicals under visible light catalysis. This method can synthesize C-N compounds in an economical, safe and efficient manner. Some notable achievements have been made.Based on the above research background, this thesis elaborate the synthesis of amine compounds by C-N coupling between imine and aromatic hydrocarbons by photocatalytic method with high selectivity and high yield. The following will be mainly introduced from two parts:The first part:The research progress of synthesizing amine compounds by C-H activation C-N coupling reaction is reviewed in recent years. The second part:Research work:We use the synergistic catalytic strategy of visible light redox catalysis and proton reduction catalysis to achieve the C-N coupling reaction of imine and aromatics under mild conditions. The reaction is carried out by photocatalytic and cobalt-catalyzed dual-catalyst system.Without the participation of external oxidant, the asymmetric diarylimine substituted by various groups can be converted with alkyl aromatic hydrocarbons to form the corresponding cis-trans isomer mixture.,showing the universality and high selectivity of the substrate.
