| The protein sinistrogyration stereochemical structure of chiral complexes recognition often show some chiral trend,this discovery caused the researchers’widespread enthusiasm to study protein chiral recognition.Meanwhile,in the vast majority of life process occur interface environment in vivo.Therefore,to construct a kind of similar to the biological environment of chiral bionic interface to study protein chiral recognition has a vital significance.Recently,as a new generation of supramolecular molecules-pillararene,it have the highly symmetric rigid framework,easy derivatization and multi-site recognition characteristics make it widely application in many fields.At present the research of pillararene are mainly concentrated in aromatics pillararene,Few research on the synthesis of chiral pillararene,pillararene planar chiral and macromolecular recognition.According to the above researchs,synthesis of chiral pillararene and use small chiral molecules to induce the planar chiral of pillararene,based on the bionic tactics,further build planar chiral bionic interface to realize the selective adsorption for the protein.This paper has the following content:First,based on click reaction,we got the single and fully functional glucose derivative pillar[5]arene;Functionalized pillar[5]arene as molecular platform,designed and synthesized a series of chiral amino acids pillar[5]arenes.It provides a molecular basis for the study of pillararene properties and application.Second,Functionalized pillar[5,6]arene as molecular platform,designed and synthesized water soluble amino pillar[5,6]arene.Through the CD analysis,we found that histidine can successfully induce pillar[5,6]arene planar chiral.By comparing the data,we find histidine and amino pillar[5]arene interaction more stable,the induced effect is better.Third,based on the second chapter,we use micro silicon interface modified D/L-Histidine,assembly with amino pillar[5]arene to build planar chiral bionic interface.The Contact Angle and XPS,circular dichroism experiments prove that we successfully built the interface.Through AFM,fluorescent and contact angle experiment,we find that L-planar chiral bionic interface show a better adsorption for BSA. |
