Through hydrothermal methods,Ni(II)/Co(II)coordination polymers are synthesized by using the Ln(?)ions and Ni(II)/Co(II)ions with d?d(9)transitions as central metal ions.fourteen polymers are obtained and characterized by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction,and their structures are as follows:(1){[Pr Ni(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(8){[Pr Co(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(2){[Nd Ni(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(9){[Nd Co(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(3){[Sm Ni(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(10){[Sm Co(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(4){[Eu Ni(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(11){[Eu Co(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(5){[Gd Ni(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(12){[Gd Co(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(6){[Tb Ni(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(13){[Tb Co(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(7){[Dy Ni(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}n(14){[Dy Co(2,3-PDA)2(ox)0.5(H2O)3].3H2O}nAll of the polymers are isostructural.In crystals,Ln(?)ion and Ni(II)/Co(II)ion are linked into 2D layers by pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylate,which are futher bridged into 3D network by oxalate.Moreover,there are a lot of O-H…O hydrogen bonds that make polymers structure more stability.The IR,UV-Vis-NIRspectra and emission spectra in Vis-and NIR-regions of all polymers are determinded and assigned.Except polymers(5)and(12),other polymers present characteristic bands of Ln(?)ions.Moreover,NIR emission bands of Ln(?)ions for some polymers present shift,broad and split in comparision with theoretical value.It may be attributed to the effect crystal field and the introduction of Ni(II)/Co(II)ions,which make the internal energy levels of Ln(?)ions be adjusted,and this phenomenon can confirmed by the UV-Vis-NIRspectra.Meanwhile,the SPS spectra of part polymers are determinded and analyzed,and it is discussed that the existences of Ln(?)ions influence on the photoelectric properties of polymers.
