Infusion therapy is a common clinical therapy,but there are a large number of insoluble particles in the infusion solution.The particles enter the human body through the vein,which is detrimental to physical health.Therefore,it is necessary to use the disposable infusion set equipped with microporous membrane.Currently,the production methods of microporous membrane mainly include phase inversion method,nuclear track etching method and mechanical stretching method.Phase inversion method is difficult to regulate and control,which leads to low porosity.Nuclear track etching method is easy to control,but the nuclear track membrane is radioactive and not uniform.Mechanical stretching method limits raw materials,and it is difficult to control membrane precision.In contrast,the electrospinning technology takes advantage of simple equipment and low energy consumption to produce continuous membrane,which has the characteristic of high porosity,low mass transfer resistance and high precision.The material of the nanofibrous membrane is polyether sulphone(PES),which has excellent chemical stability,mechanical strength and drug compatibility.In the paper,PES membrane were prepared by electrospinning technology.It turned out that the morphology of fibrous membranes was influenced by the concentration of spinning solution,inlet velocity and temperature.Under the optimum condition,the flux and rejection rate of the membrane were 8.0 m3·m-2·h-1 and between 45.0?47.5%,respectively.But the hydrophilicity was poor,which demanded further hydrophilic modification.Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)has advantageous biocompatibility and hydrophilicity.The PES/PVA microporous membrane was prepared by electrospinning technology and crosslinking treatment.It was found that the flux and rejection rate of the membrane were significantly increased.And the membrane is hard and wear resistant,which can be clinically used for the precise filtration of the liquid medicine.Polyamide(PA)has favorable mechanical properties,chemical properties and hygroscopicity.The PES/PA6 microporous membranes of different layer structures were prepared by electrospinning technology.The layer structure and PA6 added spinning time have a significant impact on the morphology,hydrophilicity and filtration performance.When the PA6 additional spinning time was 1 h,the flux and rejection rate of the membrane were 11.3 m3·m-2·h-1 and 82.42%,respectively.The PES/PA6 membrane can be used to assemble the infusion set for filtering the insoluble particles in the infusion solution..
