The Design And Development Of Prevention And Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland Healthcare Bra Based On Bian-stone Particles Coated Fabric

Objective:Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland is a high incidence of modern female group.It is difficult to cure in the first place,and there is a certain degree of carcinogenicity.Stone needle has a certain therapeutic effect of this disease in the way of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.This paper hopes to develop and perfect a stone needle coated fabric,then design a healthcare type bra to prevent Hyperplasia of mammary gland in view of this fabric.Methods:1)To understand the current development status of Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland treatment、health care textiles and the bra design through literature research;2)To select stone needle coated fabric by the optimum high safety,good washing resistance,high comfort through the fabric test;3)To design the basic style and size of the bra according to the survey results;4)Through preliminary clinical trial to discuss the efficacy of Bian-Stone Particles coating bra.Results:1)The detection result of the fabric harmful components achieves a higher standard requirements;2)There is no significant difference in the quality of fabric When washing ten times;3)The fabric has good flexibility and poor permeability;4)Before and after clinical experiment,the pain relief rate of functional bra group is higher.Conclusion:1)The coating material prepared by the aqueous polyurethane has reached the safety requirements,it can be used as personal wear;2)The washing resistance of coated fabrics is good,achieving daily wear requirements;3)The air permeability is poor,which is expected to improve by improving coating process;4)The Bian-Stone Particles coating bra relieves Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland symptoms,preliminary statistical results of clinical experiments shows that effect is good.
