Open stope mining method is applied to exploit the Baguamiao ore bodies in the upper1290m part of Sifang gold ore,The pillarless sublevel caving mining method is applied to exploit the deposit below the 1290m,including sections of 1290m,1240m,1190m and 1140m.However,in the mining process,enterprises did not make the arrangement strictly in accordance with the structural requirements of the pillarless sublevel caving mining method for the stope,but to use the high-end wall recovery methods of subsection drilling and concentrating mining in the bottom access at 1290m and 1240m,and from 1190m below the middle began to adopt the approach alternative arrangement,sublevel height and route span is17 m x 22 m.This article as a project of a task,mainly verifies the rationality of stope structure parameters to below 1190m in the middle,and make a best collapse of stope ore interval parameters,to provide a feasible and economic efficient of stope structure parameters for enterprise.Combining with the sifang gold mine actual production conditions,this book mainly engaged in the following research works:1.Introduces the topic background and research significance,base on reviewing the relevant literature between home and abroad,for sifang gold mine of 17m x 22m bottomless stope structure parameters of pillar sublevel caving of the problem that whether it is feasible to put forward the corresponding technical research train of though below 1190m in the middlet.2.In combination with the actual production of mine enterprises current situation,through the single funnel ore similar simulation experiment,we can get the ellipsoid of ore drawing which the direction of the vertical to route of short half axis eccentricity ratio equation of b is 1-?b2=0.1069H-0.0179 and which the direction is paralleled with the route of short half axis eccentricity of c is 1-?c=0.3233H-0.2798,and the eccentricity regression curve;According to the ellipsoid parameters,to test the rationality of the stope structure parameters,according to the large span arrangement for 17m sublevel height corresponding approach span of 19m,close to the scene of the 22m,so the existing structural parameters of stope accord with the big span structure form,and the scene of new tunneling into the road can be appropriately increased width in order to make up for the inadequacy of route span slightly larger.3.According to the existing mine production index data,in combination with the ore ellipsoid shape parameters,desgin the sublevel ore simulation experiment parameters simulation experiment respectively by 4.0m,4.5m,5.0m and 4.5m four groups,analysis of the experimental data found that when the parameter selection of ore drawing is 4.5m the total value recovery rate of ore is optimal,and the difference of recovery and dilution is better than other three groups of data.Base On the optimal interval parameter of 4.5m,combined with the coefficient of loose ore?can calculate the reasonable caved ore step distance of 3.5 m.4.Combined with the PFC numerical simulation soft to simulate the four groups of interval parameters optimization scheme,the simulation results show that the ore loss rate of maximum value is 31%when at the step distance of under 4.5m ore parameters,the minimum value is 24%,the maximum of ore dilution rate is 15%,the minimum value is 2%,the value of difference of recovery and dilution is 62%,the optimal interval parameters of mine is 4.5m after comparing with other parameters,the result of PFC numerical simulation could verify the sublevel ore simulation experiment's result.5.Synthesize with the result of the PFC numerical simulation and sublevel ore simulation experiment,suggest that the sifang gold mine take the parameters of 17m×22m×3.5m to product under 1190m.
