Research On Waterflood-front Of Adaptive Layered Water Injection

Waterflooding is an important measure to enhance oil recovery,the position of waterflood-front in different layers of reservoir affects the effect of waterflooding.In view of the problem about waterflood-front in the process of waterflooding,this paper analyzes it from the perspective of theoretical calculations and Fluent simulation.Based on the theory of percolation mechanics,the formula of traditional waterflood-front is derived by reasonable hypothesis and simplification.According to the calculation and the Fluent simulation results,in the same injection production pressure,different physical parameters of the reservoir layer waterflood-front cannot reach the bottom of production wells at the same time.When the reservoir with good physical property is found in water,the amount of crude oil in the reservoir with poor physical property has not been mined out,which seriously affects the effect of water flooding development.In order to ensure the waterflood-front can reach the bottom of production wells at the same time and improve the oil recovery,this paper proposes a method of adaptive layered water injection:Install valve on water injection string,the valve according to reservoir physical parameters automatically adjust the opening,to control the differential pressure of the reservoir,thus to realize the consistency of waterflood-front in the layered water injection process.Therefore simplified adaptive layered water injection model,derive waterflood-front calculation formula and establish the Fluent model,through the calculation and the Fluent simulation analysis of different permeability and different viscosity of crude oil layer waterflood-front advance,adaptive layered water injection can achieve waterflood front of consistency.Verify the feasibility of adaptive stratified injection and provides a new approach,new ideas for water flooding,enhanced oil recovery.
