The characters of Chang2 layer of Dong-bai block in Qingpingchuan oilfield are thinsingle,low porosity,low permeability,low reservoir pressure and strong heterogeneity.This oilfield mainly applied open hole completion,because of depending on the natural energy during the extraction,the pressure dropped rapidly and had a low total output.Since 2006,Baiwagou block carried out overall water injection,and since 2009,Dongxigou block carried out overall water injection.However,the change of pruduction was not obvious,the water ratio increased rapidly,and the effect of water injection was not obvious.Therefore,deep reserch is necessary for the water flooding dynamic analysis of Dong-bai block.In this paper,first of all to study and analyze the geological characteristics of the reservoir,Secondly,according to the production dynamic data,the oil well production situation,the water conditions of oil well,formation energy situation,waterflooding characteristics and well pattern adaptability are analyzed.What's more,the existing problems are analyzed,and try to find out the reason of low production and high water content.Third,through reservoir engineering methods to demonstrate reasonable well pattern system,oil production system,preesure system,water injection system and water flooding recovery;Finally the stable reduction technology policies is studied in Dong-bai block Chang 2 reservoirs of Qingpingchuan oilfield.The research shows that the Dong-bai block Chang 2 reservoir are the strong reservoir heterogeneity;pore types are mainly intergranular pore;the proportion of stripper well is big;the overall water content is very high;and the kept level of formation energy is low;water drive reserves control degree is high,while the reserves producing degree of water flooding is poor.The reasonable formation pressure is 2.34MPa,the corresponding reasonable bottom hole flowing pressure is 0.71 MPa,the biggest injection wellhead pressure is14.96MPa,reasonable oil recovery rate is 0.64%,the reasonable injection-production ratio is 1.45,and predicting the ultimate recovery is 14.12%.In order to improve the effect of waterflood improvement,it is necessary to perform multiple measures,such as well network adjustment and water shutoff profile control,to satisfy the need of development.
