This paper proposes a solar flash seawater system based on ultrasonic atomization.The system uses a compound parabolic concentrator(CPC)for heat collection and energy supply,and uses ultrasonic waves to atomize seawater into micron-sized droplets.It increases the specific surface area of seawater,makes seawater more easily vaporized,and improves freshwater yield and freshwater production efficiency.In this paper,the optimal values of factors affecting water production performance are obtained through experiments,and then the freshwater production rates generated by seawater and seawater mist are compared under the optimal conditions.Finally,the water production performance under the conditions of 25° inclination,45° inclination and 65° inclination in summer and winter was compared.The main researches in this paper are as follows:(1)The temperature and pressure in the flash evaporation chamber have a great influence on the fresh water yield.The higher the indoor temperature,the lower the pressure and the higher the fresh water yield.Comparing the mass flow of the heat transfer medium,it is found that the optimal value of the mass flow of the heat transfer medium is 350 kg /h.In the system with water as the heat transfer working medium,under the condition of 350kg/h,the fresh water yield reaches a maximum value of3.52kg/h when the amount of seawater mist is 7.3kg/h,and the seawater mist of 6kg/h is higher than the freshwater of seawater.The maximum yield increases by 0.5kg/h;for the system using heat transfer oil as the heat transfer medium,the freshwater yield is3.92kg/h when the seawater water mist volume is 9kg/h,and the seawater water mist ratio of 6kg/h is 6kg/h.The freshwater yield of seawater increased by 0.88kg/h at most,and it can be seen that the freshwater yield of the atomized seawater was significantly improved.(2)For the average fresh water production efficiency under different inclination angles,45° inclination > 25° inclination > 65° inclination;under the same pressure and irradiance conditions,the fresh water production rate is the largest at the inclination angle of 45°,followed by the inclination angle of 25°,the smallest inclination angle of65°,so the experiment chooses the best inclination angle of 45°.(3)The maximum value of freshwater production rate in summer is about half an hour earlier than that in winter;after 13:00,the temperature in the flash evaporation chamber decreases faster in winter;The freshwater production efficiency reached the maximum value of 3.76 kg/h and 62.5%,and the maximum value of the total freshwater production in the whole day was 13.5 kg.The freshwater production rate and freshwater production efficiency in winter were both at the inclination angle of 45°.The maximum values obtained were 3.68kg/h and 60.9%,respectively,and the maximum value of the total freshwater production throughout the day was 11.7 kg.
