The photothermal sensor as a new analytical method based on photothermal effect that can transferred the near-infrared light into thermal energy.This approach was high sensitivity,rapid response and simple operation,which showed great application value in bioassay.In our presented work,three point of care test based on photothermal sensing were ingeniously designed.In the first chapter,an intelligent multi-signal readout interface(MSRI)with multidimensional response-ability to thermal stimulus was designed as a sensing element.The bio-bar-code probe peptides@H2N-HCNTs triggered remarkable temperature increase on MSRI under 808 nm laser expose,thereby translated the recognition events into several measurable signals including visual color change from blue to green as well as temperature elevation and weight loss on MSRI.This MSR-system offered affordable personal assays in daily life and low-resource setting.In the second chapter designed a multifunctional clinical vagina swab.The Si C-CS@Ag composite probe bounded to swab via competitive reaction.Under near-infrared laser expose,Si C-CS@Ag caused notable temperature elevation lead to the fluorescence(FL)quenching of flexible luminescent-temperature indicator(FLTI)on swab surface.Moreover,increased temperature enhance the catalase-like activity of Si C-CS@Ag toward H2O2decomposition,O2 generation caused remarkable pressure elevation in pressure device.Such a fluorescence-pressure dual-signal photothermal sensor boosted its application for early diagnosis of malignant diseases in remote areas.In the third chapter,a Ti3C2MXene@Cu NCs plasmonic nanohybrids with good photo-to-thermal conversion capability and catalyst activity induced visual color change in a MB-Lecuo MB colorimetric reaction system.Stack photothermal effect from Ti3C2 MXene@Cu NCs/MB complex amplified the temperature elevation.Increased thermal energy also changed the conductivity of temperature-responsive soft electronic devices,which can be monitored with a digital multimeter.These methods combined different signal transduction principles provided more reliable and accurate results,which offered important reference for early diagnosis of malignant diseases.The use of portable and cheap testing equipments also guaranteed health care,food safety testing,environmental monitoring in peoples daily life.
