Complex networks are widely used in related research on electromechanical products,and complex networks are involved in product change design,assembly planning,and parts identification.Usually,the product system is abstracted into a network model,and then the information flow and dissemination mechanism in the network are studied.Network visualization aims to optimize the layout structure of the network,increase the aesthetics and readability,and is a fundamental and critical step in the research process of complex networks.A good layout can clearly demonstrate the effective information and dynamic behavior in the network.This paper takes electromechanical products as the research object,uses Soliworks API to extract the characteristic parameters of the products,and builds the corresponding network.The traditional network visualization method is analyzed,combined with the characteristics of mechanical and electrical product network scale-free and modular,and optimized and improved on the basis of traditional visualization algorithm,a modular layout algorithm based on plane embedding is obtained.The algorithm can optimize the network topology of electromechanical products,display the module characteristics of the product ontology,and reduce the number of intersections in the network.On this basis,the pigale network analysis software is re-developed,the network visualization function module is expanded,and a network visualization analysis tool for electromechanical products is obtained.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the construction method of electromechanical product network is discussed,and the above problems can be effectively solved by using Solidworks API.The network construction requirements and product feature parameters are analyzed,combined with the feature parameter extraction method of Solidworks API,a solution for the feature parameter extraction of electromechanical products is designed.Secondly,the existing network visualization methods are analyzed and compared,and a FR module layout algorithm based on plane embedding is optimized and improved by combining the characteristics of electromechanical product network and network aesthetic standards.The FR algorithm can produce beautiful layouts,but it cannot show the modularity and hierarchy of electromechanical products,and the number of intersections needs to be reduced.The FR algorithm is improved,the network is divided into modules based on the modularity gain,the hierarchical subgraph of the network is displayed,and the network is planarized,and a visualization method for the network of electromechanical products is obtained.Finally,analyze the functional requirements of the network visualization tool for electromechanical products,expand the functions on the network analysis software pigale,use the Qt development framework to add the above-mentioned visualization algorithm functions on the basis of pigale,and enrich the content of the algorithm library and network editor.The interface interaction of the software is improved,and a network visualization tool is obtained,which is used for the research on the change propagation of electromechanical products.
