By 2022,there be more than 5,000 biomedical databases and 30,000 biomedical software tools, which cover a wide range of fields, provide great convenience for scientific research, and promote the cross-development of multiple research fields.Microbial community diversity is one of the key hotspots in microbial ecology research. It has received attention from many fields such as soil microbiome, rhizosphere microbiome, and human microbiome. It is one of the main research contents of a large number of microbiome research plans today.Nowadays,a large amount of microbial community composition and classification information data in different environmental conditions has been obtained by high-throughput amplicon sequencing. The subsequent prediction and annotation of the functional role of these species' taxonomic community information is a focus of current research. At present, there are many relevant microbial community function prediction databases, which can predict the role of microbial communities from the perspectives of metagenomic functional genomes and microbial earth cycle functions.Microorganisms have an inseparable relationship with the human body, animals and plants.Current research has found that there are a large number of beneficial or harmful microorganisms on the surface of the human body, animals and plants, and in the body, which are closely related to the growth, development and health of the host. However, there is currently no database that can provide effective extraction and prediction of probiotic, antagonistic and pathogenic information in microbial community data. Therefore, based on the literature information in the biomedical literature database(Pub Med)in NCBI,and according to the microbial taxonomy information in the Taxonomy database,we annotated the information on probiotics, pathogenic bacteria and antagonistic bacteria. We building a PP-PHA database to achieve the following three functions:1.Sorting and classification realized a total of 14 categories of plant probiotics, plant pathogens, animal probiotics, animal pathogens, human probiotics, human pathogens, and antagonism(each category is divided into bacteria and fungi).Online directory tree, and can easily obtain detailed information on the tree;2.Through the classification and annotation information of microorganisms, the comparison query function of pathogens, probiotics, and antagonism is realized;at the same time, the network relationship between the species and other interacting species and hosts can be analyzed through the interactive network graph.Providing more comprehensive information for further understanding of the detailed functions of the analysis species;3.Through batch matching, the information of probiotics, pathogens and antagonism in the microbial community data can be predicted, and the network relationship between them and the host can be drawn at the same time.It provide auxiliary data information for health monitoring of intestinal health(fecal samples),plant roots(rhizosphere samples),and environmental soils. In addition, microbial community prediction results can be visualized and saved as text files. In the visual interactive diagram,it is easy to obtain the information about the objects in the diagram. For example, clicking the name on the node of the tree diagram will return the corresponding information list, and clicking the node or arrow in the network diagram will return the corresponding information.list.The design of the database table is easy to realize the extension of the database later. The background management system of the website can also easily update the data.Through this study,a database that can provide effective analysis and prediction of probiotics and pathogens for the majority of scientific researchers has been successfully constructed, and provide follow-up feasible information for the study of microbial community functions.PP-PHA access link is https://www.pppha.org.cn.
