Along with our country urbanization entered a new stage,the focus of the current urban development is developing by incremental development into stock,the fast development of city construction,more profligate caused many urban problems,such as the old obsolete facilities,lack of public service facilities,new urban area is easy to form "sleeping city" and "empty city",the imbalance and supporting facilities behind,The uneven development level among different urban areas and the low efficiency of public resource allocation and utilization lead to the decline of urban residents' quality of life and the decline of urban vitality.The emergence of urban problems,make the city vitality of related research has received more attention and vitality represents a city run shows strong vitality,on the macro scale can be used as a comprehensive evaluation of a city,healthy,and the important index of sustainable development,in the study of micro scale urban vitality and its influencing factors is helpful to improve the quality of life in urban areas,At the same time,it is of great significance to the rational allocation of urban resources and the promotion of balanced urban development.Related studies have shown that the good city built environment,morphological structure and other physical elements plays an important role in urban vitality to build,measure urban vitality levels,study its vigor and the role of the relationship between influencing factors can provide scientific reference for urban planning,urban vitality of related research is a new phase of the transformation of the current urban development is an important problem.Meanwhile,with the development of big data technology in recent years,more and more big data about urban operation and residents' behavior are available,which also provides new research ideas and perspectives for quantitative research on urban vitality.However,existing empirical studies have not reached a consensus on the measurement method of urban vitality,and lack of correlation analysis of the time dimension.Therefore,aiming at the measurement of urban vitality,this paper uses multi-source big data such as mobile phone signaling,POI data and social perception data to measure urban comprehensive vitality by comprehensively considering urban spatial connection and human behavior characteristics from three perspectives of social vitality,economic vitality and cultural vitality.Based on hot spot analysis,this paper describes the distribution characteristics of urban vitality centers in different years and different regions.Configuration from the construction and development strength,function facilities,road traffic building was built in three aspects: the environment factors of the interpretation of the urban comprehensive dynamic index system,based on each index of quantitative results,use the space-time geographically weighted regression analysis method,further study on the dimension of time and space relationship between the various indicators of urban comprehensive dynamic and changing trend,finally based on the results of the study,Put forward the urban planning strategy aiming at the construction and improvement of urban vitality.Taking the main urban area of Wuhan as an example,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The measurement results of urban comprehensive vitality show that the urban vitality is unevenly distributed.The vitality level of the old city and the main center of the city is generally high,while the sub-center and the new city are usually lack of vitality.Among the different types of planning units,commercial units usually have the highest vitality,followed by public service units,industrial units and mixed function units.(2)In terms of spatial dimension,different built environment indexes have different impacts on urban comprehensive vitality,with significant spatial heterogeneity.For example,the density index of bus stations and subway stations show opposite and complementary impacts,and the influence relationship between the main city center and the sub-center of the city is quite different.(3)on the time dimension,built in different environmental indicators showing different trends,such as public facilities in subway stations density index of urban comprehensive vitality density and the promoting effect of rising year by year,mixing degree and business facilities density index is relatively stable,and the volume rate,the density of leisure facilities and the promoting effect transit site density index declined year by year.(4)for wuhan city,the compilation unit scale of urban comprehensive vitality center had obvious uneven spatial distribution,the difference to be markedly,whole vitality center focuses on the main center city,the deputy centres vitality level is low,in different cities regional point of view,hankou area comprehensive vitality level is highest,the second is the wuchang area,hanyang area worst,In addition,with the change of time,the comprehensive vitality level and the area of high vitality area of wuhan city have a certain degree of decline.Based on the difference of the comprehensive vitality characteristics,influence relationship and change trend of each urban planning unit,this paper divides it into ten types of characteristic planning units by clustering.Based on the comprehensive vitality variation characteristics and influence relationship characteristics of each type of urban planning unit,the urban planning strategy aiming at creating and improving vitality is proposed respectively.
