With the rapid development of weapons technology,artillery,as an important part of weapon system,its development also met with new opportunities and challenges,to make the artillery force,range,accuracy,such as performance index is improved,the study of projectile outside ballistic flight attitude is necessary,however,because of external ballistic attitude measuring risk and the limitation of the test procedure,In this case,it is a common method to simulate and analyze the exterior trajectory of projectile.This paper analyzes the research progress and development trend of projectile motion attitude measurement at home and abroad,and uses system simulation technology to simulate the projectile motion attitude at a certain moment of external trajectory,and solves the algorithm.According to the movement characteristics of the projectile,the establishment of different coordinate system,and the coordinate transformation between relations,to force analysis of no control rotation of the projectile,and the corresponding coordinates,the force and moment of the projectile decomposition,according to the center of mass sports,the projectile flying around the centroid rotation theory,combined with the projectile outside ballistic multi degree of freedom rigid motion equation,The aerodynamic characteristics of the projectile were simulated and analyzed by FLUENT,and the changing law of the projectile outflow field at different Mach numbers and angles of attack was studied.Runge-kutta method was used to solve the model,and the motion law of the projectile was obtained.Based on the theory of dynamic storage test,this laboratory designed and developed the missile load tester of small range accelerometer,and applied it to the shooting range test.The measured triaxial acceleration curve of projectile external trajectory was analyzed and processed,and compared with the simulation results,the results show that the model is feasible and correct.
