Application Research Of Electrochemiluminescence Bioanalysis Based On Porphyrin Covalent Organic Framework To Imitate Biofilm

Electrochemiluminescence(ECL)is an emerging biosensing technology.Through the interaction of chemiluminescence and electrochemistry,it has the advantages of high sensitivity,low detection limit,and fast detection speed.It has broad application prospects in the field of biosensing.Co-crystals in the form of crystalline nanosheets composed of C₇₀ and zinc porphyrin were prepared by using the liquid-liquid interfacial precipitation(LLIP)method,where the synthesis ratio of C₇₀/zinc porphyrin and the type of anti-solvent(methanol,Ethanol,isopropanol)to study its best ECL effect.And the synergistic effect of integrating C₇₀ and zinc porphyrin as electron acceptors and donors into the nanosheets was confirmed by spectroscopy and electrochemical characterization.Tried the effects of various ammonium bromide films as fixatives,and found the best methyl trioctyl ammonium bromide as a fixative,which has a good ECL response to ipratropium bromide.Design a 3 link site((2,4,6-tributoxybenzene-1,3,5-tri)trimethylamine)and 4 link site(meso-5,10,15,20-tetra Rational assembly of(4-aldehyde phenyl)porphyrin)(porphyrin box).This multiple porphyrin self-assembly strategy has good chemical stability in aqueous solution,and is accompanied by significant ECL enhancement.Through a series of optical analysis methods such as ultraviolet spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy,it has confirmed its excellent optical performance and the feasibility of this rational assembly.Due to the particularity of this porous structure,it is incorporated into a dense tetraoctyl ammonium bromide film.In addition to its good electrochemical stability and great ECL effect,this The response mechanism of the special"biofilm"to the concentration of F^-,Cl^-,Br^-,I^-and other anions in the buffer system has been confirmed through experiments that protons are required when Br and I cross the model.The diffusion movement of this complex porphyrin molecule on the membrane and its role as a carrier protein to transport anions provide an important reference for biomimetic strategies.
