Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of electronic information technology,terahertz absorbers have gradually become one of the main research hotspots of researchers.People have designed and simulated and prepared various types of terahertz absorbers suitable for various applications through various technologies.However,most of these absorbers have problems such as complicated manufacturing process,high manufacturing cost,and working frequency bands that cannot fully meet application requirements.Therefore,the research and improvement of terahertz absorbers has always been a hot topic.At the same time,metamaterial terahertz multi-frequency absorbers have very important application prospects in aerospace,terahertz communication and other high-tech fields,and are also the key development objects of researchers in recent years.In this paper,based on the research status of metamaterial THz absorber,starting from the working principle of the absorber,the structure of the metamaterial THz multi-frequency absorber is designed.Carry out simulation,analyze its absorption curve,and obtain the absorbing structure with the best absorption performance.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on electromagnetic metamaterials,a terahertz multi-frequency absorber with a square symmetrical resonant structure was designed,and the absorption rate changes under different resonant structure parameters,different substrate thicknesses,different period lengths,and different incident angles were simulated.Analyze and optimize a multi-band absorber with excellent absorption performance.Provide a feasible scheme for the design of terahertz multi-frequency absorber.(2)A terahertz multi-frequency absorber with a circular symmetrical resonant structure was designed,and the variation of the absorption rate with frequency under different parameters was simulated,and the optimized terahertz multi-frequency absorber was obtained.It provides a reference structure for designing terahertz multi-frequency absorbers with smaller size,higher absorption rate and more frequency bands.(3)A terahertz multi-frequency absorber with an E-shaped symmetrical resonance structure was designed,and the absorption rate changes with frequency under different parameters were simulated and optimized.The parameters were analyzed and optimized to obtain a high-absorption performance and multi-absorption frequency band.Terahertz multi-frequency absorber.
