Compared with traditional vehicles,flying vehicles can perform both land and air missions as ordinary vehicles.Their amphibious characteristics can be applied not only in civilian fields such as daily travel,fire detection and emergency rescue,but also in military fields such as troop transportation,military patrol and military reconnaissance.However,most of the current flying vehicles are fixed-wing flying vehicles or rotary-wing flying vehicles,which can only be selected between flexible take-off and landing and high speed and long endurance,thus limiting the further application of flying vehicles.Therefore,based on the technical requirements in the technical indexes,this paper proposes a new scheme of flying vehicle-tilting-rotor flying vehicle,and carries out aerodynamic analysis and optimization.The tilting-rotor flying vehicle can take off and land as flexibly as the rotary-wing flying vehicle,or fold its wings to complete the conversion of land-air driving mode when it has high speed and long-distance as the fixed-wing flying vehicle.Then,the design model of tilting-rotor flying vehicle is built and the new flying vehicle meets the requirements of technical indexes by means of numerical simulation.Firstly,the development status of several existing flying vehicles at home and abroad is analyzed,the structure and layout of each flying vehicle are classified and summarized,and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.According to the analysis results,the tiltingrotor flying vehicle scheme is optimized.Secondly,the tilting-rotor flying vehicle is decomposed according to the requirements of technical indexes,and the main pneumatic components-wing and propeller are analyzed.The key pneumatic characteristics of wing and propeller are analyzed,and the simple pneumatic characteristics of other parts of flying vehicle are analyzed.The wing and propeller are modeled by Solid Works and CATIA software,and each component model is simulated by numerical simulation software.In order to improve the simulation efficiency,the flying vehicle is simplified appropriately during the modeling process.Through the analysis of the velocity field,pressure field,turbulent flow field and numerical results,the model is optimized for the problems in the simulation results,and the optimal performance of the wing and propeller is obtained.Finally,the aerodynamic characteristics of the flying vehicle are analyzed as a whole,and the flying vehicle with wing,propeller and other components is simulated by numerical simulation.The simulation results of the driving mode on land,the vertical take-off mode and the cruise mode in air are respectively studied and analyzed.The simulation results prove that the optimized flying vehicle meets the technical requirements in the technical indexes.It provides reference and technical support for the aerodynamic characteristics analysis of the same type of tilting-rotor flying vehicle.
