The rapid development of science and technology has promoted the development and expansion of the Internet platform, and the information age provides great convenience for people to study and live, which enables users to obtain various emotional information through various channels more conveniently and quickly. To a great extent,it accelerates the speed of emotion propagation and broadens the scope of emotion propagation. However, with the rapid propagation of emotions by users,it is also very easy to cause some negative effects on social networks. Therefore,it is important to keep social stability to analyze the behavior and laws of user emotion propagation on social networks and formulate effective strategies to guide the direction of emotion propagation. In the Internet society, emotions coexist with other information, and the factors affecting the spread of emotion include not only the characteristics of emotion itself, the factors of users themselves and other coexistence information on social networks, but also the topological features of the network where users are located.Based on careful analysis of emotion propagation behaviors,an emotion propagation model is constructed by comprehensively considering the network topology structure, user's own behavior and social action mechanism of emotion communicators. The main contents of this study are as follows:(1)Aiming at the fact that the current emotion propagation modeling research does not comprehensively consider the influence of related factors in the three perspectives of network topology, user behavior characteristics and social action mechanism on emotion propagation behavior, the SHIR(Susceptible-Hesitant-Infected-Removed)emotion propagation model, respectively,on the influence of node degree centrality and node influence, node similarity and node conformity behavior game, node conformity behavior game and social reinforcement on the infection probability, forwarding probability and immunity probability of users in the process of propagation.impact was analyzed. Then, the simulation experiment network is generated according to the relevant algorithm, and the simulation experiment analysis is carried out for the emotion propagation model proposed in this paper, which verifies the rationality of the model; The experimental results show that: the greater the node degree centrality, the greater the spread peak of emotional communicators and emotional hesitants;the time for emotional immune people to reach a stable state is negatively correlated with the social reinforcement factor;the verification of real events shows that the simulated experimental data and real data which fitting degree is high, and the peak error rate between the two is less than 5%.(2)Aiming at the fact that the existing research does not fully consider the relationship between the user state change and the network topology,a SLPR(Susceptible-Latent-Propagative-Remover)emotion propagation model based on the network topology is proposed. The effect of initial propagation node number and node degree on user propagation behavior. Then, numerical simulation analysis is carried out on the BA scale-free network, the WS small world network and the social network of collected real data generated by related algorithms, which proves the validity of the model. The analysis shows that increasing the number of users who initially disseminate emotions on a social network can make the process of overall emotion propagation faster and have a larger scope of influence;the greater the node degree of users, the easier it is to speed up the overall propagation of emotions on social networks rate, increase the range of emotional propagation and the peak of propagation.
