Isolation,Identification And Drug Resistance Analysis Of Bovine Escherichia Coli And Salmonella In Hebei

Hebei is a region where cattle breeding is relatively concentrated.In this study,the isolation and identification,virulence and drug resistance gene detection and drug sensitivity test of bovine Escherichia coli and Salmonella in some areas of Hebei were carried out,so as to provide data for understanding the epidemic strains,virulence genes and drug resistance genes of bovine Escherichia coli and Salmonella in Hebei.In this study,135 bovine samples from Baoding,Hengshui,Qinhuangdao and Zhangjiakou were isolated and identified.The serotypes,virulence genes,drug resistance and drug resistance genes of the isolated strains were detected by glass plate agglutination test,PCR and K-B drug sensitive paper method.Results: 196 strains of Escherichia coli and 3 strains of Salmonella were isolated.There are 39 strains of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli in Escherichia coli,and the main serotypes are O5:K59(B5),O86:K61(B7),O26:K60(B6),O114:K90(B);37strains of intestinal invasive Escherichia coli,the main serotypes are O29,O112:K66;38 strains of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli,the main serotypes are O6:K15,O7:K1(L),O9:K9,O25:K19(L),O78:K80(B).Among the three Salmonella strains,two strains were paratyphoid A and one strain was serotype O27.The detection results of virulence genes: the detection rates of hila,iacp,stn,ssel,virk,pipc were 75.51%,81.12%,56.12%,65.82%,62.24% and 56.12% respectively.The detection results of virulence genes of three Salmonella strains showed that three strains had pipc,prgk,spv C and iacp virulence genes,and two strains had rhum,invh and virk virulence genes.The resistance rate of Escherichia coli to spectinomycin,ampicillin,ceftiofur and dysentery net is more than 50%,and it is highly sensitive to polymyxin B.Salmonella is only sensitive to amikacin and has serious resistance to other drugs.In this study,six drug resistance genes including qnrb,aac4,tetb,stc M,qnr D and aac(6 ')-c were detected.There were 12 strains,74 strains,18 strains,38 strains,68 strains and 30 strains with the above drug resistance genes respectively.
