Qinghai Tibet Plateau is the highest plateau in the world. Its inherent extreme environmental conditions such as low temperature, low oxygen and strong ultraviolet radiation breed unique characteristics of plateau biodiversity. In this study, two kinds of naked skinned animals,Bufo gargarizans and strauchbufo raddei, were selected as the research objects. The two kinds of toads at different altitudes were exposed to different intensities of ultraviolet radiation,in order to explore the impact of strong ultraviolet radiation on their main physiological indexes,so as to lay a foundation for revealing the adaptation mechanism of plateau biodiversity under strong ultraviolet radiation and the impact of high altitude strong ultraviolet radiation on humans and animals. The main results are as follows:1.After two kinds of toads at the same altitude were treated with different UV irradiation time, compared with the untreated group, the number of red blood cells of Bufo gargarizans and strauchbufo raddei had a very significant difference(p<0.01),the content of hemoglobin of Bufo gargarizans and strauchbufo raddei had a very significant difference(p < 0.01),and the hematocrit of Bufo gargarizans and strauchbufo raddei had a very significant difference(p<0.01),which was negatively correlated with the UV irradiation time;Compared with the untreated group, the white blood cells of Bufo gargarizans and strauchbufo raddei had a very significant difference(p < 0.01),and there was a positive correlation with the intensity of ultraviolet radiation.2.Compared with the low altitude group, there were significant differences in the number of red blood cells(p<0.05)and hemoglobin concentration(p<0.01)between the middle altitude group and the high altitude group;White blood cells had a very significant difference(p<0.01),which was also positively correlated with altitude.3.The content of folic acid in blood of two kinds of toads at different altitudes was negatively correlated with altitude(p < 0.01);After ultraviolet radiation, the content of folic acid in the blood of toads at all altitudes was negatively correlated with ultraviolet radiation(p<0.01).4.The skin color(skin tissue section)of the two kinds of toads at different altitudes deepened with the increase of altitude, and their OD value was positively correlated with the altitude(p<0.01).After the two kinds of toads at the same altitude were treated with different UV irradiation time, there were very significant differences between the two kinds of toads and the untreated group, and the OD value was positively correlated with the irradiation time(p<0.01).5.Compared with the untreated group, the melanin content of the two kinds of toads at the same altitude treated with different UV irradiation time showed a very significant difference, and the melanin content was positively correlated with the irradiation time(p<0.01).6.Using microscopic imaging technology to measure toad skin sections,it was found that compared with the untreated group, the cuticle of toad skin treated with UV radiation gradually thickened with the increase of UV irradiation time, the loose layer of skin also thickened, and the thickness of dense layer increased significantly.7.After two kinds of toads at the same altitude were treated with UV irradiation, the content of ester toad venom ligand was positively correlated with the time of UV irradiation with the increase of irradiation days(p<0.01).8.The content of ester toad ligand in the retroauricular gland of Bufo gargarizans at different altitudes was positively correlated with altitude(p<0.01).
