The crustal deformation is the reaction of the earth's internal material,and the earthquake is the result of the earth's internal material movement.There is a certain correlation between the two.The crustal deformation data can be used to describe the movement and deformation characteristics of the active block and its boundary zone,which provides an important basis for earthquake monitoring and prediction and earthquake scientific research.Among the geophysical observation instruments,the water tube tipper adopts differential measurement,has a long baseline,is less affected by the environment and has better system stability.The research of testing method and the development of testing platform of water tube tiltmeter play a key role in ensuring the reliability,standardization,standardization,quantity transfer and traceability of the instrument.In this paper,according to the working principle of water tube tiltmeter and the characteristic parameters of testing platform,combined with the traditional testing method,a test method of water tube tiltmeter with single end lifting whole machine is put forward,and the whole test system is constructed by high-precision micrometer and testing platform,and the whole test of water tube tiltmeter is realized.The working principle and mechanical structure of water tube tiltmeter are analyzed,and the testing indexes and traditional testing methods of water tube tiltmeter are introduced.Based on the test method of single end lifting whole machine,the whole test system of water tube tiltmeter based on test platform is designed,and the parameter design index of test platform is given,and the analysis and selection of measuring instrument is completed.The design of the test platform mainly includes the design of the mechanical part and the piezoelectric ceramic driving circuit part.The mechanical part of the test platform includes a transition plate with a slot,piezoelectric ceramics and its protection device,and an adjustable bottom plate.In order to ensure the stability of the test platform,the spring guide device is designed,and the influence of various factors on the spring is analyzed.The design of piezoelectric ceramic drive control circuit includes voltage amplifier module,power amplifier module,DC voltage regulator module and nano displacement drive circuit module based on PA88 chip.Based on the test method of three-point layout,step test and linear test were carried out on the designed test platform,and the test results with a range of 120 um and linearity within 0.5% were obtained,which met the design indexes of the test platform.A fast characteristic parameter calculation program and an automatic water refill and zeroing method were designed.Based on the test data obtained from the test platform and high-precision micrometer,the sensitivity of the water tube tiltmeter with a baseline length of 10 m was 19.30991 m V /um,the grid value was 8.9-3 "/ m V,the range was 5.34 " and the linearity was 0.82%.The test results are basically consistent with those of the three-end pot test method,which verifies that the test platform and test method designed in this paper are effective and feasible.
