This experiment was carried out in the test base of Wudi Zhongke Modern Agricultural Engineering Co.,Ltd.,Wudi County,Binzhou City,Shandong Province in 2021,to explore the coupling effect of the organic fertilizers and microbial inoculants on the water and salt dynamics of coastal saline-alkali land and the yield of forage maize.Dajingjiu 26(J)and Quchen No.9(Q)were used as the experiment materials, and set up no application of organic fertilizer or microbial inoculants(O2M2),single organic fertilizer(O1M2),and single microbial inoculants(O2M1)and organic fertilizer and microbial inoculants coupling(O1M1),a total of 8 treatments. This paper studied the crop growth status, soil physical and chemical properties, soil enzyme activity and microorganisms, soil water and salt movement and yield and quality of forage maize in coastal saline-alkali land,in order to give full play to the production potential of saline-alkali land and effectively improve saline-alkali land. The main results are as follows:1.Coupling effects of organic fertilizers and microbial inoculants on soil water-salt dynamics in coastal saline-alkali soilThe coupling of organic fertilizers and microbial inoculants could play a role in controlling salt and water retention.Under the coupling treatment, the soil salinity decreased and the water content increased. The highest water content in the 40?60 cm soil layer, which was JO1M1(28.63%)>JO1M2(28.05%)>JO2M1(27.89%)>JO2M2(27.17%),the salinity had the largest difference in the 0?20 cm soil layer, the average salinity was QO1M1(2.15 g/kg)+content in the 0?20 cm soil layer decreased most significantly under the coupling treatment, which also reduced the proportion of Na+in cations, reduced SAR,increased soil K+/Na+,and reduced salinity toxicity.2.Coupling effects of organic fertilizers and microbial inoculants on the physical and chemical properties of coastal saline-alkali soilComparing the bulk density before sowing and harvesting, the coupling of organic fertilizer and microbial inoculants significantly reduced the soil bulk density. The bulk density of the JO1M1 treatment was 8.82%lower than that before sowing in the 0?20 cm soil layer, while the porosity of the QO1M1 treatment had the most significant change in the 20?40 cm soil layer, and the harvest increased by 11.86%compared with that before sowing. The coupling of organic fertilizers and microbial inoculants significantly increased the total nitrogen in the0?20 cm soil layer. With the deepening of the soil layer, there was no significant difference between the treatments, and the organic carbon showed the same law.The coupling treatment was beneficial to increase of the carbon and nitrogen content of the topsoil, which is conducive to the stability of deep soil carbon and nitrogen content. The coupling of organic fertilizers and microbial inoculants treatment effectively reduced the p H of the 0?40 cm soil layer, which was JO1M1(8.16)
