In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,industrial manufacturing has also been further developed.As the raw materials of various chemical and industrial products,the demand and output of hazardous chemicals have also been further improved,giving birth to the prosperity of hazardous chemicals logistics.Due to the flammable,explosive,toxic and other special properties of hazardous chemicals,we should be extra cautious in the production,storage and transportation links.There have been too many safety accidents of hazardous chemicals in the production,storage and transportation links in China.Once this "low probability,heavy consequence" event occurs,it will cause incalculable losses to society and people's lives and property.Therefore,we should reasonably plan the location of the distribution center of dangerous chemicals and the arrangement of distribution routes,so as to bring economic benefits to the society and minimize the impact on people's lives.Based on X dangerous chemical logistics company,this paper studies the location and route selection of dangerous chemical logistics.Company X is a company specializing in the logistics of dangerous chemicals.Now company X hopes to reasonably arrange the distribution tasks to achieve the growth of economic benefits.In order to achieve this goal,company X wants to select 3 of its 6 alternative distribution centers for hazardous chemicals to complete each distribution task,and arrange the route for the distribution of hazardous chemicals on this basis.In this context,this paper needs to complete the selection of hazardous chemicals distribution center and the arrangement of hazardous chemicals distribution path.In order to avoid local optimization in any case,this paper will coordinate the location and distribution of hazardous chemicals distribution center.Firstly,we analyzed and sorted out the literature of many domestic and foreign scholars on the location and route selection of hazardous chemicals logistics.This kind of problem is a NP-hard problem,which needs to be solved by heuristic algorithm.In addition,the storage and transportation of hazardous chemicals is different from other general goods and is strictly managed by the government.Therefore,we conducted in-depth research on X company,Obtained relevant data and understood the local hazardous chemicals logistics policy.Then,this paper analyzes the relevant factors affecting the storage and distribution of hazardous chemicals logistics from many aspects,establishes the hierarchical structure model of hazardous chemicals logistics location and route selection of X company,determines the weight of each index through expert scoring,and makes data preparation for the following mathematical modeling.Then,according to the established hierarchical structure model of hazardous chemicals logistics location and route selection of X company,this paper establishes a multi-objective mathematical programming model with the objectives of minimizing total cost,minimizing total risk,maximizing risk fairness and minimizing the number of sensitive targets.By adding economic conversion factors and combining the index weights obtained above,The multi-objective problem is transformed into a single objective problem.Finally,the MATLAB program of tabu search and ant colony hybrid algorithm is compiled in this paper,the value of the objective function is obtained by substituting the data,and the ideal location of the hazardous chemicals distribution center and the corresponding distribution route are determined.
