The progress of optical fiber communication technology has promoted the development of global information technology,especially the optical fiber sensing technology accompanied by optical fiber communication technology has met the requirements of people to obtain and disseminate information.Today,optical sensing technology has been successfully applied in military,chemical,medical,aerospace,energy,environmental protection and other fields,making people's production and life more convenient.As one of the important applications of optical sensor technology in recent years,optical sensor,especially optical Fabry-Perot(FP)interferometer sensor,optical Mach-Zehnder(MZ)interferometer sensor and optical Michelson(MI)interferometer sensor,has been widely concerned and studied by scientific researchers from all walks of life.In this thesis,we focus on the design principle of microfiber interferometer and the angular optical conductivity characteristics,a micro-fiber interferometer sensor based on angular optical fiber is proposed,and its spectral and temperature sensing performance is systematically analyzed.The main work is as follows:1.In order to verify the working principle of micro-fiber interferometer sensor based on angled fiber,combined with the effect of angular optical fiber on light propagation,the spectral characteristics of angular optical fiber are analyzed,and the corresponding relationship between the angle of angular optical fiber and the interference contrast of fiberoptic interferometer is obtained,and experimentally verified the feasibility of the design scheme and principle.2.The structure of micro-fiber interferometer based on angled fiber is prepared,and the spectral characteristics and temperature sensing performance of the micro-fiber interferometer based on angled fiber are analyzed.The experimental results show that the intensity ratio of the two-beam interference can be controlled by changing the tilt angle of the end face of the fiber,and then different interference fringe contrasts can be obtained and the micro-fiber interferometer with different angles have different temperature sensitivity.3.Finally,the high temperature response characteristics of the angled fiber-based micro-fiber interferometer are analyzed.The experiment results show that this all-fiber interferometer has good high temperature stability characteristics and has certain application potential in the field of high temperature measurement.
