With the rapid development of high-speed railways,the capacity of general-speed railways is gradually released,and the country’s deepening reforms continue to advance,the railway has gradually changed from a planned to a market-oriented,further improving the turnover efficiency of freight cars and ensuring the delivery of goods within the time limit.Satisfying society’s demand for railway freight transportation with high quality has become an important challenge facing railways today and in the future.The railway technical station is the transportation hub of the entire railway network in our country.It plays an important role in the smoothness of the road network and the efficient turnover of traffic in the process of railway cargo collection and distribution.However,for the time being,in the actual operation of the railway,the freight car is in the technical station.The transfer efficiency is not high,which greatly limits the speed of goods delivery and becomes a weak link on the road network.Therefore,in order to ensure the efficiency and reliability of truck transfer,it is very necessary to conduct in-depth research on the preparation method of the technical station car flow continuation plan.This paper starts from the two perspectives of truck transfer efficiency and truck transfer reliability.It aims to establish truck flow continuity planning optimization models for truck transfer efficiency and truck transfer reliability on the basis of clarifying truck transfer efficiency and reliability,so as to continue traffic flow at technical stations.Optimize to ensure the transfer of trucks and provide decision support.First of all,on the basis of fully describing the operation process,characteristics and influence of station layout on the operation of the technical station,clarify the difference between truck transfer and general truck transportation and traffic flow organization,define the basic connotation of truck transfer efficiency and truck transfer reliability,and discuss The influencing factors that affect the efficiency and reliability of truck transfer in the process of truck transfer,clarify the necessary conditions for ensuring truck transfer efficiency and reliability,and provide the following analysis and optimization of the vehicle flow connection plan considering truck transfer reliability and transfer efficiency Theoretical basis.Secondly,on the one hand,combining the definition of the basic concept of truck transfer efficiency and the analysis of the necessary conditions to ensure truck transfer efficiency,an optimization model of the technical station car flow connection plan considering the truck transfer efficiency is established,and the corresponding intelligent algorithm is designed to solve the problem;Definition of the basic concept of truck transfer reliability and analysis of necessary conditions to ensure truck transfer reliability,establish an optimization model of technical station car flow connection plan considering truck transfer reliability,and design corresponding intelligent algorithms to solve it;Finally,the data of relevant technical stations were selected for analysis of calculation examples,and the improvement of truck transfer efficiency and truck transfer reliability was realized by using the optimization model of the train flow connection plan,which verified the reliability and effectiveness of the model.The results of the model solution show that in the optimization model of the train flow connection plan considering the reliability of truck transfer,the average stay time of trucks at the station is reduced by 8%,and the overall load in the technical station does not exceed the threshold,which ensures the efficiency of truck transfer;In the vehicle flow connection model of the technical station that considers the reliability of truck transfer,the average stay time of trucks at the station is reduced by 15%,which effectively reduces the occurrence of line loss,and improves the reliability of truck transfer at the technical station and downstream technical stations.
