Research On Optimization Of Distribution System In Shijiazhuang Main Urban Area Of SF Company

In recent years,with the rapid rise of major e-commerce platforms,the domestic express industry has accelerated its development,and a large number of express enterprises have emerged.Therefore,the express industry is facing rare development opportunities and fierce competition in the market.Express distribution system includes express network layout,distribution route selection and information system.The research on express distribution system can effectively reduce the operation cost of express enterprises and improve the distribution efficiency.Therefore,express companies want to occupy a certain position in this field.The optimization research of distribution system can be an important task for express enterprises.As the "leader" in the industry,SF company not only develops the express business rapidly,but also exposes some deficiencies in the distribution system.Through the analysis of the layout of express outlets,distribution routes and the current situation of information system in the main urban area of Shijiazhuang,SF understands some deficiencies in the distribution system,including unreasonable regional division of express outlets,large scale differences of express outlets,lack of rationality in the selection of distribution routes and poor comprehensiveness of distribution information system.Based on the full analysis of the problem,firstly,according to the distance between customers and outlets and the business volume of outlets,a multi-objective programming model is established,which is solved by priority method,and the customer area of outlets is re matched to obtain the optimization scheme of express outlet layout;Secondly,taking the minimization of the total cost of distribution as the objective function,the mathematical model of vehicle routing planning with time window is established,which is solved by genetic algorithm,and the vehicle routing optimization scheme of distribution center is obtained according to the solution results;Finally,in the aspect of information system,the route optimization model and algorithm are added to the distribution route selection in the distribution management module to reduce the distribution cost.Through the application of the model and the proposal of optimization scheme,we hope to give reference to SF express enterprises to reduce operating costs,improve service efficiency and enhance enterprise competitiveness.
