| Wild animal resources are important material resources that promote the development of human society.As a rare natural resource in my country,its importance has been underestimated by my country for a long time,over-exploitation and utilization have seriously damaged the biodiversity of the resource,the current situation of resources is not optimistic,the protection and utilization of wild animal resources are difficult to balance,and the problem of hollow resources is serious.Therefore,improving the property rights system of wild animal resources and improving the efficiency of their use and protection is one of the urgent issues that need to be resolved at present.The key to solving these problems is to carry out asset assessment of wildlife resoureces.This article selectrd terrestrial wildlife resources as the research object,defined the concept of its resource assets,studied in detail the classification and composition of terrestrial wildlife resource assets,selected and designed evaluation methods for each asset index of terrestrial wildlife resources,and finally selected typical species for application research to verify that the method is feasible and applicable.The main work and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Having established the classification system for terrestrial wildlife resources and assets.This research divided the terrestrial wildlife resource assets into the wild terrestrial wildlife resource assets and artificially bred terrestrial wildlife resource assets from the perspective of the source of terrestrial wildlife resources.By referring to System of Environmental-Economic Accounting,according to its different perspectives on environmental assets,the analysis shows that the above two types of assets include economic assets,ecological service assets and cultural service assets.(2)Having established the evaluation method system for terrestrial wildlife resource assets.Through analysis and comparison of existing asset evaluation methods,such as market value method,substitution cost method,etc.,designed the most matching evaluation method for various assets.(3)Taking the typical species of Asian elephant as the object of case analysis,it is tested whether the classification composition and evaluation method of terrestrial wildlife resource assets designed in this paper are reasonable.Select the leading assets of Asian elephant resources through the expert survey method,a total of 13 items,and evaluate the total assets of my country’s Asian elephant resources in 2020.The evaluation result shows that my country’s Asian elephant resource assets is 4,179,192,248 million in 2020,and detailed results have been evaluated for all asset classifications. |
