| An experiment in 2010 found that DNA’s geometrical configuration can be changed under an extra torsion torque.That is B-type DNA can transform to Z-type DNA.The experiment provides huge supports to researchers to understand the nature and geometry of DNA.Japanese researchers use Ginzburg-Landau theory to explain this experiment,and build the Landau model to describe DNA.Landau model introduces chiral gauge potential to describe the local interactions of the base pairs,uses nucleation theory and Monte Carlo method to explain the conversion.In this article,we analyze the conversion with computational physics,modern mathematics,Gauge theory and other methods.Landau model do not solve the equation of chiral gauge potential,which leads the evolution of chiral gauge potential is unclear.The value of chiral gauge potential corresponds to different geometric configurations of DNA,so explain the evolution law of chiral gauge potential with DNA is important to understand the B-Z transformation of DNA.According to the free energy density of the DNA in Landau model,the Lagrangian of DNA is obtained,then the equation that the chiral gauge potential satisfies can be obtained.By solving the equation,the relationship between the chiral gauge potential and the arc unit parameter is obtained,then the evolution of chiral gauge potential along DNA is clear.There are important parameters(81 and(82 in the expression of the chiral gauge potential,(81determines the value range of the chiral gauge potential and affects the difficulty of DNA geometric configuration transformation.(82 describes the point where torque is applied.In the critical state,the range of the potential energy is near its maximum value,that is,DNA is in an extremely unstable state,which is consistent with the experimental phenomenon.When extra torsion torque is not equal to critical torque,the chiral gauge potential is affected by the value of the external torque.When extra torsion torque is bigger than critical torque,the range of chiral gauge potential is bigger than 0,the DNA is B type.When extra torsion torque is smaller than critical torque,the range of chiral gauge potential is smaller than 0,the DNA is Z type.During the outbreak,we became interested in the spread of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 in the population,and learned Monte Carlo numerical methods.Our research includes average distance between any two points in a square,Galton plate and transmission of infectious diseases.The simulation results of average distance between any two points in a square and Galton plate are consistent with the results of conventional experiments.In the topic"The spread of infectious diseases",the number of people infected with infectious diseases under different conditions was predicted,and discussed the factors affecting the spread of the epidemic. |
