Research On Supplier Evaluation In E-commerce Environment Based On VIKOR Method

The traditional research on supplier selection and evaluation has aroused extensive discussion and attention from experts and scholars.In the e-commerce environment based on information technology,the research on the selection and evaluation of suppliers by enterprises has very important theoretical significance and actual application value.The evaluation and selection of suppliers is a more complicated and tedious process,which not only contains many uncertain factors,but also these factors affect and restrict it.Therefore,in the fierce market competition,how to use the multi-attribute decision-making method to select the appropriate suppliers has become a research hotspot in the academic and industrial fields in recent years.In view of the above problems,this thesis proposes a research on the evaluation and selection of suppliers in the e-commerce environment based on the VIKOR(V1se Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje)method.The contents in this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the research background of supplier selection evaluation in the e-commerce environment is introduced.By summarizing a large number of domestic and foreign research status,this thesis analyzes the advantages of multi-attribute decision making method in supplier evaluation method,among which VIKOR method is one of the main methods of multi-attribute decision making method.In addition,the purpose and significance of the research on supplier evaluation and selection are put forward.Secondly,the relevant basic theoretical knowledge of multi-attribute decision-making problems is introduced,as well as the normalization method of the decision matrix,the method to determine the weighing values of assessment criteria and alternative comprehensive evaluation value calculation method,etc..Basic principle,calculation steps and constraint conditions of VIKOR method are mainly introduced.The deficiencies of the current research on VIKOR are also put forward.Then,the idea of unified parameter values based on the VIKOR method is proposed,and the parameter values are obtained through mathematical modeling under the premise that the decision-maker adopts unified parameter values when calculating the VIKOR values of each alternative.Then the weights of experts are determined according to the idea of consistency.After the final VIKOR value is obtained,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified through a calculation example.Finally,on the basis of the unified parameter values of alternatives,the idea of using the unified parameter values of both experts and alternatives is put forward.Through the establishment of a mathematical model to obtain a unified parameter value,and then the weights of experts are calculated according to the principle of "the minority is subordinate to the majority".After obtaining the final VIKOR value,the feasibility and effectiveness of the idea are verified through a calculation example.And by comparing with the traditional VIKOR method with a parameter of 0.5,it is concluded that parameter optimization can better guarantee the optimal VIKOR value.
