In terrestrial ecosystems, plants and soil dependence each other and influence each other,on the one hand,by controlling the number of litter into the soil to plants on soil organic carbon(C),nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),potassium(K),and other nutrients to influence,on the other hand, the growth of plants will be affected by how much soil nutrient element content and effectiveness, the soil nutrient elements for plant community and the whole ecological system has important influence. As an important component of the terrestrial ecosystem, desert ecosystem due to dry climate, low content of nutrient elements in the soil, plant growth and development in the long process to form the unique physiological and ecological characteristics, through the desert ecosystem soil plant nutrient element content and characteristics of chemical metrology research, analysis of plant succession desert ecosystem and the main restrictive factor of soil. The qinghai-tibet plateau is affected by the elevation and atmospheric circulation, formed the unique geographical environment, qaidam basin is located in the northeast of qinghai-xizang(Tibetan)plateau,the typical plateau continental climate, rainfall, sandstorm weather, rainfall is far less than evaporation, desert soil texture, large porosity, loose, and nutrient content is low,the natural landscape of arid desert, basin plant coverage is low,and single plant species, about 6/10 of the association system consists of one or several kinds of plant life forms are shrubs and perennial herbs, all with high cold resistance, drought resistance and salt resistance, plant has simple structure, fragile ecological environment,Through the study of the stoichiometric characteristics of soil plant nutrient elements, the analysis of the restricted nutrient factors of desert ecosystem is of great significance for the study of regional ecological construction, ecological balance, environmental protection and sustainable development.By analyzing the contents of soil plant nutrients and the meteorological data of temperature and precipitation in 35 plant communities in the study area, the distribution characteristics of soil plant nutrients in the eastern Qaidam Basin were studied, and the influence of environmental factors on the distribution was discussed. The correlation of soil plant nutrients was analyzed by using mathematical statistics method.C content in plant leaf nutrient element content in the study area(359.67 + 9.71g/kg)is lower than the world average(464.00 + 32.10 g/kg),plant leaf N,P content is lower than the qinghai-tibet plateau, the northern desert areas, plant leaf N/P average of 15.81,less than 49% in 16100 plant samples less than 14,plant leaf N/K average was 1.48,lower than 2.1,the average value is 11.27 K/P,higher than 3.4,therefore in eastern qaidam basin desert plants under N,P,common control,It's also more likely to be constrained by N.There were significant differences in the contents of C,N and K in the leaves of shrubs, perennial herbaceous plants and two life forms(P < 0.05).The contents of nutrient elements in perennial herbaceous plants were higher, but there was no significant difference in the contents of P in the leaves, and there was a significant positive correlation between N,P and K.The soil C/N/P value in the study area was 18.18/13.01/1,significantly lower than 186.0/13.1/1 based on the global research scale and 60.0/5.2/1 based on the Chinese research scale, because the soil organic carbon content in the study area was low and showed the characteristics of phosphorus enrichment.Significant difference between different types of soil nutrient elements(P < 0.05),the soil nutrient elements show the negative correlation with soil depth nutrition elements, are positively correlated with the water content of nutrient elements N content and C,P,K content into a significant positive correlation(P < 0.05),C and K into extremely significant positive correlation(P < 0.01).The results showed that there were significant differences in C,N and K contents between plant leaves and habitat soil(P < 0.05),but no significant differences in P content(P BBB 0 0.05).Among them, the contents of nutrient elements in shrubs such as Asparagus officinalis and Ephedra officinalis were relatively low, while the contents of C,N and K in the leaves of herbs such as Achnatherum splendens and Kobresia officinalis were all higher than the mean value of nutrient elements in the leaves of plants in the study area.Plant nutrients that there was a significant correlation between soil C content in plant leaf and soil C,N and P content between the very significant positive correlation(P < 0.01),plant leaf N content and soil C and N content there is a very significant positive correlation(P < 0.01),the P content in plant leaf and soil P content were significantly positive correlation exists between(P <0.05),the K content in plant leaf and soil C,N and P between the significant positive correlation(P < 0.05),correlation are positively related to soil, plant nutrition elements, namely the increase of soil nutrient element content,It can provide sufficient nutrient conditions for plant growth and development, plant growth and biomass will increase, and at the same time,it will increase the feedback to soil nutrient elements,so that the content of soil nutrient elements will increase.
