| Geomagnetic matching navigation has the characteristics of passive,non-radiation,high concealment,high precision,and the error does not accumulate over time,In recent years,it has become the research focus of relevant scholars at home and abroad,therefore,It is of great significance to study the related technologies of geomagnetic matching navigation.The main technologies of geomagnetic matching navigation include geomagnetic data measurement and preprocessing,geomagnetic field modeling,geomagnetic field extension,geomagnetic reference map preparation,geomagnetic adaptability analysis and geomagnetic matching algorithm,etc.This article takes the long-endurance high-precision geomagnetic matching navigation technology as the research background,focus on the adaptability analysis of the geomagnetic reference map area,and propose an improved particle swarm algorithm to improve the matching accuracy.The main work is as follows:(1)The paper briefly introduces the physical characteristics of the geomagnetic field,mainly including the distribution origin of the geomagnetic field and the geomagnetic field model,And briefly discusses the key technologies of geomagnetic navigation,On this basis,it further analyzes the basic principles of geomagnetic matching navigation,geomagnetic matching algorithm and geomagnetic reference map adaptability analysis on the influence of geomagnetic matching navigation accuracy.(2)In the analysis of geomagnetic adaptability,the paper expounds the relevant ideas of adaptability analysis,establishes the basic framework of geomagnetic adaptability analysis,selects characteristic indicators,and conducts relevant analysis on verification indicators.Aiming at the fact that a single characteristic index cannot meet the requirements for comprehensive analysis of adaptability,the grey relational analysis theory is introduced,and the relation matrix of the index is established,comprehensively consider the influence of characteristic parameters such as geomagnetic standard deviation,geomagnetic information entropy,correlation coefficient,cumulative gradient,roughness,and geomagnetic Fischer information on the selection of geomagnetic adaptation zone.Firstly,construct the grey incidence coefficient matrix;Secondly,use subjective and objective weighting methods to obtain combined weights;Finally,the correlation coefficient of the evaluation index and its weight are combined to establish the correlation degree,The greater the degree of association,the better the adaptability of the candidate matching region.And use the mean square error(MSD)algorithm to verify the matching of each candidate matching area,Experiments show that: The final result obtained by using the grey relational analysis theory is consistent with the result of the MSD algorithm.It proves that the grey relational analysis can solve the problem of incomplete evaluation of a single index in the adaptability analysis,and it has certain reference significance for the research on the adaptability of geomagnetic matching navigation.(3)In the geomagnetic matching algorithm,in view of the low accuracy of the traditional geomagnetic matching algorithm and the inability to correct the carrier heading error,The paper proposes a geomagnetic matching algorithm based on improved particle swarm optimization.The algorithm uses the average Hausdorff distance as the fitness function,and use an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm for the optimal solution in the area to be matched,so as to complete the geomagnetic matching.And simulation experiments based on Hausdorff distance matching algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and improved particle swarm optimization algorithm are carried out.The experimental results show that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm has significantly improved accuracy compared with the other two algorithms,and can correct the carrier heading error. |
