As an important part of geospatial data, vector geographic data is an indispensable strategic resource in national defense security and economic construction. However, with the rapid development of network technology and computer technology, vector geographic data is used in the production, distribution, transmission and use of data.Safety requirements in other activities are also becoming increasingly prominent.Encryption technology and digital watermark technology,as common security methods in the current geographic data field, play an important role in the secure transmission of vector geographic data and copyright traceability.Encryption technology can ensure the confidentiality of vector geographic data in the process of distribution and transmission, while digital watermark technology can trace and verify copyright in the process of data circulation and use. However, for both cryptographic technology and digital watermarking technology, both are an important part of vector geographic data security protection.Without cryptographic technology, data confidentiality during transmission cannot be guaranteed;without digital watermarking technology,it cannot be Realizing the copyright traceability of vector geographic data, therefore, how to combine these two technologies is an important direction of current research. However, the simple combination of the two still has some security and practicability problems. Therefore,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of vector geographic data and study the method of organically integrating cryptographic technology and digital watermarking technology to meet the needs of vector geographic data safety requirements in the life cycle. As a relatively emerging technology,Commutative Encryption and Watermarking(CEW)realizes the organic integration of encryption and digital watermarks, and can be exchanged between encryption and decryption operations and watermark operations, effectively solving the security and practicality problems caused by the simple combination of the two. However, common CEW cannot be applied to vector geographic data, and there are still few researches on CEW for vector geographic data.It is still necessary to study CEW for vector geographic data to solve the problem of vector geographic data in the whole life cycle.Security requirements.Based on the security requirements and actual scenarios of vector geographic data, this paper analyzes the essential characteristics of CEW for vector geographic data.Starting from the feature invariants of vector geographic data, this paper studies CEW applicable to vector geographic data. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Explain the technical characteristics of CEW,analyzes the technical and essential characteristics of CEW for vector geographic data, and study the feature invariants in vector geographic data based on the data characteristics of vector geographic data. The method of constructing lays a theoretical foundation for the realization of CEW for vector geographic data.(2)Starting from the feature invariants of vector geographic data scrambling encryption,a CEW for vector geographic data exchange based on scrambling encryption is proposed. The algorithm is mainly based on the invariance of coordinate sets before and after scrambling and encryption of vector geographic data, combined with the normalized digital watermarking algorithm of vector geographic data, and realizes the embedding and extraction of watermark information in plaintext and ciphertext domains. The algorithm is designed into the framework, and the feasibility analysis is carried out through experiments.(3)Starting from the feature invariants of the geometric features of vector geographic data,a CEW for vector geographic data based on vector operations is proposed.Vector,as a quantity with both angle and length, can measure and process the geometric characteristics of vector geographic data.Based on this,it realizes the embedding and extraction of watermark information in the plaintext domain and the ciphertext domain. The experiment conducted a feasibility analysis.
