A large amount of evidence shows that diverse biologically active substances are essential for the physiological processes throughout the cell cycle. Many major diseases are related to the abnormal expression of these substances. At the same time, the concentration of these molecules is different at different times in different subcellular environments.Uneven.By accurately monitoring the subcellular molecular concentration of these molecules, various physiological and pathological processes can be better understood, which is beneficial for exploring new strategies for regulating biological phenomena and improving the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of different diseases. In the past few decades, fluorescence imaging technology has made great achievements, which have brought more and more fascinating discoveries to various fields including biomedicine and biological analysis. Here we have designed and synthesized two small molecule fluorescent probes and used them in otolaryngology diseases. The specific work is as follows:Chapter 1: Successfully designed and synthesized a near-infrared fluorescent probe based on BODIPY,and successfully detected the level of carbon monoxide in inflammatory cells and nasal polyps.Chapter 2: Successfully designed and synthesized a small molecule fluorescent probe based on fluorescein, and successfully detected the change level of exogenous CO in the cell.
